I can't stand cyclists who ride on roads where there is vehicle traffic. I seriously have no sympathy for them when they get hit by anything. I think they deserved it. There is no speed bump there! Look at the point on the white line where the front wheel stops. If there was a speed bump then the wheel would surely have stopped before the white line. Also the bike on the left never changes height. Backing up the no bump theory. As for the crash itself, your feet don't need to slip off the pedals for you to catch them in the spokes. The comment about cleats is invalid! If your heel is (incorrectly) on the pedal then you could catch the front of your foot!!!!

I'm not convinced it was her foot, in-fact I don't believe a foot in the spokes could do that, it looks like her feet were in the wrong place to do that. I'm not sure her foot was in the wheel afterwards despite the voiceover, but even if it was, that's a consequence not causality. I suspect it was something like a side-wall dynamo that caught between the spokes and the front fork, but which doesn't show up on the video.

I think you're mistaken. Look at the video again. Her foot doesn't move away from the arc it's following as she pedals. Plus, when the bike pitches forward, her right foot is clearly off to the side of the wheel, which is inconsistent with the claim that it jammed the front wheel. Whatever caused the wheel to jam, it wasn't either of her feet.
