Not too many guys from the Long Island scene that Vic came up in are still riding. The whole crew was full of talent but more importantly it was a sick gang of friends just having fun. Nobody was out for fame or cash. Nobody worried about getting sponsored. Riding was fun, pushing ourselves with the support of our brothers was awesome, but it was the entire lifestyle and that made it fun. Thats what BMX is about.

Vic is a friend of mine and he told me he quit because it wasn't like it used to be, when we were just kids growing up and having fun and riding "little bikes". Seemed like a good enough reason to me.
