As far as Railcraft goes, upgrading to 1.1.0 should be automatic. My test worlds upgraded just fine at least.

How do you have teleport pipes I installed all the mods you have but on 1.1 (All that work) and I cant seem to find teleport pipes. Did you install it as an add-on?

@jophes007 The teleport pipes are from a plug-in to buildcraft, it's in the previous videos' description.

@zgh5702 I was actually thinking I would go through and remove all the mod machines and blocks, and try to match at least the ore ids. That way I can keep the same place, just go through and replace what I need to replace.
