It's nature...and the basura that we have seen mostly are not basura before the flood, they were precious clothes, personal belongings of our kababayan and most of all, bits and pieces of their shanties, houses and lives. i am speechless. we are not affected by the typhoon but was so heart broken by the sufferings of others. This calamity has forced us to be nearer to our creator. May we continue to trust in His fate and His plan. He never want any harm. Its the best and the most right things for everyone. God bless us all.

1. Water released from all 3 dams without even informing people which actually causes the flood.
2. Drainage werent fixed so flood becomes worse.
3. Media reiterated that flood came from the heavy rain.
4. People working for these dams don't know about management on how to release water even before it reaches the critical level.
5. It all boils down to these dams, worsen by the heavy rain.

Do u believe it's the rain that did it?? It's only Signal No.1! Phil gov't opened the gates of water dams!!! Aside from showing sympathy...we must ponder to trace the root of these mess... so that in the future we won't just waiting to be a victim of these avoidable mistakes! This is a land without functioning sewerage system...with garbages clogging ALL drainages. Didn't we notice EVERY time it rains in the Philippines many streets get flooded right away?
