I can tell you never ate tofu in life. Tofu taste like heavenly bean sprout with bear gall bladder. I am greatest tofu master! You are not Asian. You cannot know about maple syrup and tofu cream pie (china's greatest dish). Go back and reread about my experise. China never knew about tofu before me!

Anyway, Asians only eat corn on the cob with mustard and mayo, that's why they can't cook very well. I should know, I lived in china for many years and I went to almost all of Bejing's best resturaunts. Not one had tofu but all of them had corn and maple syrup fritters on the menu

I LOVE THIS EPISODE.......there is SO much you can do with tofu. IT is an all purpose food. You can sub it for eggs, meat, cheese........etc. Ty so much for these uploads, I love this show. You are the best!!

I've always loved about Tofu, because it always remind me of Ma Puo Tofu, one of the Sichuanese Signature Dishes! Yum! Also, Tofu is very versatile in its applications!
