  • @MrJimzyacking hey @mrjimzyacking Good luck on your whole new world of juicing and blending, i had bought they jack la layins juicer and i had to say i have no problem with it, But i also looked for a High speed Blender as well, so i bought a Ninja!! I Love my Ninja it Blends everything under the sun< just like the commercial says, Mr Montel Williams Blender has nothing on the Ninja, Good luck with your search!!

  • @fetty4themaine .Dan promotes all the time for himself as do many others, thats business-I don't think anyone would think Lou was just trying to "push"something,we want to support him or have the option-I would enjoy Lou telling me about "his"book,we all need to make a living, nothing wrong w/that..its my opinion & I'm sticking to it darlin :) drink up & relax

  • @fetty4themaine sweetie I'm chill, don't fret..It wasn't just Lou's book,it was also his friends almonds & delivery..no worries thats how "I" interpreted his comments- I don't need anyone to help me interpret what was meant-i

  • funny I can't seem to respond,my response won't show

  • So you soak the almonds to get that shell off?

  • My friend was diagnos'd with an autto immune disorder and asthma. She was on some pretty fatal type medication and steriods, when she learned that the cause of her problem was she is toxic with heavy metals and yeast overgrowth. She then learned about green smoothies. After the first week, she is off all her medications. The inflamation in her hands and feet is gone, no pain, her countenance has changed from stressed to..she looks like she just woke up from a long winters nap! Awesome!

  • Dan is the man i just got laid off, from work, unemployed, i have attention deficit disorder, candida(caused by to much sugar, parents please keep your children away from sugar )Dan save me my brains .they are jakd up.wants a get some $ i will get the greens to drink the smoothie

  • HIMALAYAN SEA SALT? what is this guy on? There is no sea in that region.

  • @bluelagoon10023 I think he is refering to it as sea salt because it comes in a larger crystal form, but Himalayan (it's really mined in Pakistan) or not, salt is salt... Sodium Chloride the other small amounts of minerals in "Himalayan" salt are not beneficial. I would just skip salt altogether.

  • love Lou,what nice energy & great recipes Lou :)

  • great video but really Dan do you have to make it such a point that something was "your idea" to sell or promote your friend(almonds/book) heres a pat on the back for ya,incase you cant reach...I usually enjoy your videos but that left a bad taste in my mouth

  • @majikalmaiden he meant it as in that Lou is not trying to sell his stuff so it was dan's idea to promote it so people don't think "all Lou is trying to do is sell me things" :) chillax

  • why did( Lou) you use the blendtec instead of the very able Vitamix in the backgound? i am asking is it preferance or is it just because the coconut water was in it when you filmed this episode?? i own a vitamix by the way...

  • i'm glad you decided to plug Lou's book, will order asap:)~

  • To you Dan in all sincerity, I want to thank you for your videos. I constantly wrestle with my health having Type 2 Diabetes, and at 53 years of age, I sometimes want to totally give up to the disease and die. It is a constant battle, but I would like to think that my health could be regained. May God Richly Bless You Dan. PS And also a big thankyou to Lou. I just downloaded the E- Book so here goes!

  • Steak is the secret ingridient

  • salt?

  • lou and Dan help me to stay on the path to superior health. I would like to meet both of you one day. keep up the good work the work your doing is literally saving lives.

  • Looks like Dan didn't listen to Lou Corona after all considering he's eating too much fruit now.

  • it always amazes me how many people always wanna pick apart a video and criticize each and every little point. What are you even here watching for in the first place?... I have gleaned so much excellent info from Dan and Lou...and the ONLY thing it has cost me is a bit of my time,...and I consider that time well spent! I got what I came here for.. hats off to you two..truly enjoy your vids!

  • @Trimere absorption of iron is improved when the spinach is blended with orange or other citrus fruit, C helps absorb the iron.

  • Dan this is awsome dude your so cool man and you inspire me in all kinds of ways and i love the way you express yourself and love life and others may god bless you buddy"

And i will always see your videos so keep them videos coming cause im here with you buddy" :)

  • You guys are thee GO TO guys when it comes to this, I love you guys!

  • it was MY idea, oh and yes it was MY idea

  • @TetragrammatonRecord

They are not selling--they are giving away/sharing FREE information. They are just telling you that they add protein powders and enzymes, to their smoothies and are telling you their source for raw almonds. They tell you where they get it, but you can substitute your own, from your local health food store.

  • Hello, Can you give me a list of delicious green smoothie recipes that you found most beneficial? I will highly appreciate it.

    Thank you =)

  • The cultured nut yogurt must be quite high in fat hey?

  • couple of fags hustling..

  • Lou's all about "I", Dan's all about "you". Quite a difference...

  • @gabsylv No way--Lou shares all his principals and recipes on these videos where Dan interviews him. Lou isn't a showman or a computer guy so, NO, he doesn't make a lot of videos. Lou seems like a super kind, generous soul. Guys got a make a living. Better to sell health, rather than disease and crap like the rest of the world.

  • @jaspermatty No, haha I think they're both narcissists. I love their health message. I was just commenting on the rather contrasting rhetorical styles

  • Combine that bad boy with the "Mila" I sent you and u have ultimate cosmic cocktail!

  • dan!!! at 9:00 you muscle testing the smoothie!? =p just wanted to know

  • can't find habanero peppers in the UK. Are they known by a different name here?

  • why does it need the powder?-are they just selling the stuff?

  • When he picks up the bowl of Almond Coconut yoghurt he says: "I've got Nutrition Essentials in there.........." then he says: ".......it's got phytoNutrients....etc.." at 7:32 he adds a powder called 'Nutritional Essentials'...My questions: If he adds this NE powder why also have it in the Almond Coconut Yoghurt? And how does a Yoghurt contain PhytoNutrients when Phytos only come from green plants? Doesn't make sense. Btw can everyone hear the guy in the background giving instructions? Funny..

  • Raw Unpasteurized almonds or even better organic raw unpasteurized almonds can be found for much less than advertised in this video...Check Briden Wilson Farm.

  • @OmlineAshram thank you.

  • I got the 10,000th view on this video! Yeah bitches! And what!

  • I totally agree w/ Lou's take on sugar

  • Got my Almonds :) Thanks Bruce!!!

  • Big question, flax seeds yogurt too????? I use to add milled flax seeds to my smoothies, that's ok???,or I have to soak them first?? Thanks, bye.

  • I have problems when drinking a green smoothie ( gas problems!!!!!!!!) that I avoid them but i drink green powder formulas that have probiotics

Any suggestion on how to avoid this problem

  • @MsSaraty i heard chewing it until the taste changes helps...i tried it and it made a difference for me...i also have crappy digestion..

  • What about Walnut Coconut Yogurt? Can we do this? Almonds are estrogenic and I wouldnt want to eat too many for this reason. Walnuts seem to be the king of the nuts from what I've read, and are not estrogenic, neither are Brazil Nuts, and they are also very high in selenium which is proven to extend life span. I was thinking of mixing half Walnuts and half Brazil nuts for this yogurt, and leaving out the almonds possibly. Walnuts have everything almonds do and more I think.

  • Dan, how do you feel about mixing fruits with other foods? I've read that fruits digest in the small intestine and you should eat them alone. Dairy also doesn't digest in the stomach, but rather in the duodenum, I'm told. Therefore, you should only combine fruits with dairy (yogurt), but not with vegetables.

    Any thoughts?

    David

  • @dave3z in my opinion it doesnt matter as much when it is pulverised with the vitamix, facilitates absorbsion, no?

  • how long can the juice be stored for? I've always thought that the fruits/greens oxidize quickly so it can't be stored at all, but in airtight container, it may be able to last longer..is this accurate? I wouldn't think you drink an entire mason jar of juice all at once.. Also, which juicer(s) do you recommend?

  • thanks guys excellent vid

  • Where can we find the coconut buddy?

  • This should be part of the eduction syllabus for children at schools from nursery to senior all over the world. Can you dig it !! : )

  • How do you make the yogurt?

  • As strong as Cilantro tastes, I would have to modify mine.

  • Rob Zombie cooks raw? cool

  • hey whats up whew! give me one million dollars so i can eat this shit ery day lolololol jp whew!

  • That smoothie looks delicious....CAN YOU DIG IT? :)

  • Powder stuff not podia stuff lol

  • I am so vey new to all this green smoothies stuff and I've been wondering around YouTube for a couple of weeks if not longer and I see that all of you r so supportive of each other. I am 54 years old and never heard of a green smoothies so I bought me everything I need to get started and I began with 1 smoothie a day and I already feel the difference WOW! I never eat fruits and vegys but I do now. Thanks Dan and Krista and all of the raw food community. This really changes peoples lives.

  • Just coped a bag. Bad ass almonds. Keep it rockin Bruce

  • lol at lou at the end, gotta love this guy ahah

  • Interesting comments here about Natural Hygiene.I originally discovered Natural Hygiene at the Shangri La in Bonita Springs, FL. It was in the early 70's when Dr Cheatham was teacher/owner.He sold Dr Sheldon's books at the Shangri La bookstore. I had a great collection going.I loaned an ex-boyfriend my box of Natural Hygiene books.

I asked for them back one day, to find they were thrown out the window of his fast moving red Volkswagon. This was 1975 in Florida. Has anyone found them yet?

    ;(

  • @MedusasFineEye

... don't cast your pearls before swine! :)

make yourself a new collection .... but also simply practice the wisdom of raw!

I was watching some of the Yale Uni videos ... The Psychology, Biology and Politics of Food (Fall, 2008), and the guy lecturing, some well-known professor, head of an obesity centre, Time magazine 100 most important men, and other gibberish ... and guess what? This professor is OBESE!!

So we need to discern ...how can an obese "expert" lecture on food?

  • Hey Dan - Just thought I would share a couple of websites that are really wonderful. The Ascended Masters Gifts (Facebook) The Rose of Light Academy, Childrenofthesun1. Lots of wonderful Enlightement.

  • great video

  • thats making me hungry! im all out of real food and sat here having beer for breakfast ...Dan'd probably kick my ass if he could see how bad my diet is sometimes..i could use someone like him around the house, making me tasty smoothies, cattle prodding me off the couch etc

  • @mrlowdangle Come on, you can do it. Bananas with lettuce smoothies, oranges with spinach smoothies. It's easy! I wish you the best :-)

  • Okay, you've convinced me: Just ordered Lou's book. Can't wait to learn even more!

  • You and Lou are so gorgeous. You both help give Raw a good name. Krista - what an AWESOME RAWSOME writeup with all the vital links to essential vids. Girl, u ROCK. And ur even more gorge than those other two. :D

habenero? But i want to LIVE.... ack!

  • These guys are awesome. I got to get me some of these non-pasturized raw almonds. Plus the culturization stuff.

I bought the juicer that Dan uses already. The first carrot juice I drank was a little hard to do, but the second time I could just gulp it right down. So far I have done a Carrot, Cucumber, Celery drink. I got a lot to learn still.

  • @buddymartin71 what juicer did you bought exactly?

  • @mucharolller I bought the Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000-...

I did a lot of internet searching to see what looked like the best juicer. It seems like Dan the Man already had them picked out on his youtube channel links.

See his youtube channel. Or here is the link to Dan's juicer store thing.

    astore.amazon.com/regenerate-20

I saw other juicing people raving about it too.

  • Thanx for this Lou and Dan! I've trying the green smoothies lately too! YUM :) Love Ya!

  • I get my almonds at the farmers market. 3 lbs for 13.00 and they are truely raw.. they also have some that are sprouted already! awesome! I tried to make the coconut almond yogurt but I left it out to long I think =/ it was gross!! hahaha im going to attempt it again though! thanks for everything guys!!

  • wish ihad money for those almonds!!

  • My problem is that vegetables give me gas, I feel gassy and my colon hurts. I wish I could eat vegetables without feeling so bad. :(

  • looks AMAZING!

  • theres only one thing missing here: when the food is ready before you drink or eat it take some time to thank the great spirit, god or whatever you believe.

Your food will then not only be physical nutrition but also spiritual nutrition. :-D

    Why not try it? :-D

    keep it up .Guy.

  • Hey guys, Once again thank you SOoooo much for the vids! This QUESTION is for anyone who can give me some advice on the topic of coconuts. Where can I order a bulk supply of these baby thai's from? If anyone can help me out it would eb greatly appreciated...they're a challenge to find where I come from! Thanks!

  • I started doing the juicing and smoothies all the time, then I really started to have some flatulence and gastrointestinal issues arise. I had horrible gas, and some constipation. I mean really foul gas. I figured out that I had a yeast problem. I was just feeding the yeast all they needed to make me feel like crap. How exactly, Lou Corona or Life Regenerator, do I get "healthy"? Cough, get rid of yeast? Thx

  • @Oneirowatts If u eat fruit, it's best to eat it on an empty stomach because it normally digests quickly and easily. When fruit is eaten after nuts or fibrous veg, they act as a blockage to the fruit, preventing it from being able to move straight thru. The fruit then sits on top of this bulk, fermenting and causing gas. Tender, easily digestable greens are prob best for you. Also, blood sugar levels stay healthy when on high fruit, low fat. Alternative is high green, high fat, low fruit diet

  • @Oneirowatts Also, many raw foodists do water fasts or juice feasts in order to clean out the digestive system, and any cooked food still in it (cooked food can stay there for a long time).

  • You guys are awesome.

  • Is there a list of the 17 recipes in Lou's book? I'd like a little more info please - thank you - these are GREAT videos. Thanks for sharing this information Dan!

    Debbie *Ü*

  • When someone has had facelift, they have a stretched face. Lou's face is not stretched, Look at his hands, they look young, you can't get a face lift on hands. I'm 52 and I don't look even close to my age and I've only been raw off and on for 2 years. No facelift!

  • U rock Dan!

  • got my bag of almonds today! thanks for the connection, dan!

  • Does culturizing the seeds and nuts add more dha omega 3's to the yogurt?

  • I loce how when Lou is like ' and you know another thing you can do is, you can add blueberries, or raspberries, or strawberries or blackberries' and then haha DANs like, 'OR, you know you can add all of em' ahahaaaa Dan you rock man lmao

  • @goanyways lol

  • @goanyways i'm rock man...lol

  • @rockman378 you too! loll

  • Excellent, more Lou vids. The blender he has, is that a blentec?

  • Love you too,Lou! I'm more of a hard copy girl these days. I hope your book is available in a form other than an ebook. I appreciate the fact that Dan is slowly releasing your videos, instead of giving them all to us back-to-back. Love how you pack that blender! :)

  • Heck ya I like anti aging !! I'm going to try a green juice this weekend (something simple). I'm not quite ready to make this 'yogurt'.

  • Boombastic!

  • great stuff! :)

  • today my tennis coach told me i had way more energy and i was happier then i ever was in the past. thanks RAW FOODS!! and thank you for your stories and recipes!

  • what is that powder? and was that salt? what kind?

  • Out of the TWO;

    1) Is it better to be a bread-eating vegan? or

    2) A free-range eating omnivore?

  • word. I really enjoyed the Lou vids, I just don't have the extra cash flow to purchase any of these products. Dan I'm probably moving to Portland here soon, I'm hyped because hopefully there's some nice juice bars and raw food joints. There are none here in Indy. Peace.

  • don't you guys get bored eating the same concoctions? you do realize that once your an old old man they will be grinding up your food for you!! he he

  • Why is Lou always hating on fruit?

  • Just wanted to say that you're an inspiration. Thanks for another great video :D

  • Can I get those organic almond nuts from UK?

  • Hi Dan. Guess what i (an EX JUNK FOOD ADDICT) blended just now...organic banana, organic romaine lettuce, organic kiwi fruit, plain yogurt, organic blueberry, ginger (grounded) and protein powder...2moros breakfast, snack and lunch. I use to eat junk food 3 times a day and this is a great stepping stone for me! Is cilantro coriander? Im from UK. Thanks

  • Comment removed

  • I'm juice fasting at the moment - dang that looks delicious!!!!!

  • Why is he always wearing baggy shirts? Is he fat? So many things bother me about this. Live blood analysis is total bunk. Look into it. He's a salesman. Eat food, not powdered crap.

  • Raw is what you have gotten teeth and saliva enzymes for. I really do not get why this blending is better than the really whole raw stuff or cooking what you cannot eat raw. Yeah humans are the only ones that cook food, but also the only ones that blend food in fancy expensive machines. If you eat raw, just use your natural grinders... TEETH and SPIT! Love ya!

  • hey dan, you ever juice aloe vera?

  • Man i want some of that!!!

  • I liked the comment about the iron problems. When I was young I was severely anemic. It wasn't until I quit taking all of their fake iron pills and started eating huge amounts of spinach that my iron went back up.

  • FYI: I just ordered 10lbs of truly raw almonds from the grower for $67 including shipping. Thanks for the video. The recipe looks great. I can't wait to make the Almond Coconut Yogurt. Need a good blender first though.

  • You guys ROCK ! I am going to get myself some decent blender and I will get start with the Smoothie Mania as well.

Thanks For all YOUR work DAN.

    Much Love to YOU ALL.

  • DAN YOU ARE SUPER SEXY!! (off topic, i know lol)

  • If this 'Nutritional Essential' thing is raw, then I guess I'm the president of Canada or something. Cut the fucking crap and make it 100% raw vegan. Almonds yogourts!? What the! Come on Dan!

  • Just like habaneros, arsenic is hot and it doesn't have parasite, virus and bacterias either (6:20). Habanero is a medicinal herb, why do you guys, as healthy men, eat that!? There is nothing essential in habanero that isn't contain in other stuff. Stop promoting fucking hot peppers.

  • @TheSuperAstro How is that not a reason to not eat habaneros? So if the "other stuff" has the same nutrition you shouldn't eat it either and therefore not get the nutrients?

  • @LordAngus1992 It's relatively poison, like most - if not all - drugs. Hot peppers contain some toxins, that notably kill some bacterias and microorganisms, both harmfull AND helpful ones.

  • p.s MOST OF THE ALMONDS I BUY IN THE GROCERY STORE SPROUT. SHOP AROUND PEOPLE!

  • candida only thrives on excess sugar that cannot be absorbed into the blood stream due to HIGH FAT.

new raw foodists - take this guy with a grain of salt, and make sure you read more sides to the story about raw food.

  • @723465 hey im new to making smoothies .. about your comment on candida only thrives on excess sugar that cannot be absorbed into the blood stream due to HIGH FAT..... should i not mix coconut meat(fat) with fruit??

  • @rui27marne Any kind of long-term diet high in overt fats is harmful to the body. It is better to eat a low-fat COOKED vegan diet, than a high fat "RAW". Just because it is "raw", doesn't mean it's "healthy" or "superfood" or whatever the salesman says. I would highly recomend investing in Dr. Douglas Graham's book called: 80/10/10. It will answer ALL your questions about the raw food diet, with tons of scientific proof. You can look him up on Youtube, Google Video.

    I wish you the best.

  • @723465 like cooked foods being the cause for Aids? Is this the scientific "proof" you're talking about lol

  • @Organicrevolution says the guy trying to "kill candida" with herbz.

i recommend you reading the book as well, it would help you a whole lot.

    good luck on your journey.

  • @723465 I've done Grahams 80 10 10. For some people it works, for others it's a disaster. I've read the book more than once. I was at a time caught up in the fruit drama but experienced only but negative side effects from the diet, as do many other people have followed 811 to the letter. FYI, my canadida is cured. Not from eating piles of sugar though. It's more than just the fats in the diet as Doug would all love us to believe.

  • @Organicrevolution I do not believe you have followed 811lfrv "to the letter". Part of the 80 10 10 program is eating at least 3000-4000 calories and being constantly physically active, with little or no overt fats being consumed. Are you telling me you have done this for at least 6 months? I did not think so.

Btw, candida can't be "cured", it's a bacteria within everyone.

I do wish you find what works for you. It's worked for Doug for 30 years without exception. He walks the walk.

  • @723465 You are right. I did not eat 4000 calories of fruit for 6 months. I stopped when all my symptoms got worse instead of better and after 2 months, I woke up from the brainwashing and searched out other answers, answers that are working for me and are working for others too. As with most raw vegans: short term great, long term disastrous. Just look at what happened to all the old natural hygienists. Vegan? No. Fruitarian? No. They all abandoned the diet because it's not sustainable...

  • @Organicrevolution Well. We can't really argue here....

Visit -=30bananasaday d com=-, if you yet have any questions about 811lfrv. People there are very supportive, will educate you, and will answer all your concerns and questions. Including justification to you not being successful in this journey. Any questions you have, people will help you. That's if you want of course. However, I think every new raw foodists deserves to know each side of the story.

    Good luck to you man!

  • @723465 Agreed. I'm actually a member of 30bad...Truthfully, I'm passed the point of even wanting 2 eat all that fruit, even if it believed it is the best diet 4 some. Thankfully 4 me and others who feel lfrv is not their ideal diet, there is more than 1 way /diet 2 experience amazing, long term health. True health is MUCH more than just diet. Look @ some Asian or other longevity cultures. They don't eat lfrv & many still manage to live very healthy, disease free lives well into their 100s.

  • @Organicrevolution

    whats Lfrv ?

  • @LegPains lfrv = low fat raw vegan. It's basically fruitarianism with some added greens and veggies and very little added fats. Doug Graham and his most devoted followers @ wwwDOT30BananasadayDOTcom have become the outspoken voice of the diet. The lfrv "bible" is Doug's book "The 80 10 10" diet. Some people are finding much benefit to following the lfrv diet. Personally, the diet is not for me but that is not to say that it doesn't work well for others, at least in the short term...

  • @Organicrevolution you know what dude, looking at the "supplements and superfoods" you sell on your channel, dont bother replying to my comments. I am only trying to help, but it's like arguing with david wolf. pointless since i'm talking about natural hygeine, and you're talking about.. i dont even know wtf it is you're selling.

    good luck.

  • @723465 lol, Clearly you have no idea...I'm selling superfoods am I? No...Am I selling anything?....No....I am on a journey of self discovery for my own personal health. I share what has worked for me. I do not SELL ANYTHING!! You are right about 1 thing though, Doug Graham is walking the talk....EXACTLY!! If you want to look like Doug and the others that follow a long term fruit diet, please keep on keeping on. I'm interested in long term health...

    Good luck to you.

  • @LegPains I agree

  • @Organicrevolution I agree that Doug Graham is not the picture of health his followers would love to believe he is. In his defense, he claims that he has always looked older than his age and it's a "genetic" or family thing. I believe Doug has a pretty big ego and would rather die or continue to mislead his followers than to admit that he might be wrong or that it's not a long term solution to optimal health

  • @Organicrevolution

i used to be a huge collector and seller of rare Original Natural Hygiene books and Magazines and i remember seeing Doug Graham in their official magazine titled ' Health Science' from the 1980s and early 1990s and he looked ALOT better than he does now, he aged ALOT in the last 15 yrs or so !

if you ask me , He currently looks like hes 70 ! But i hear his fitness level is excellent

  • Lovely to see you as usual Dan and Lou.

Obviously, this won't apply to most people, but just in case there is anyone out there with inflamed gums, I have found that avocados cause mine. I wish they didn't, as I believe they have wonderful nutritional benefits. I didn't make the connection until Natasha St Michael said the same. I hope this might help solve the puzzle if there is anyone out there with the same problem. Love and best wishes xxx

  • dan your a funny hippy

  • OMG! That looks so good I'm going to the store now to get the ingredients. I'll have to settle for health food store almonds this time, but I will definitely be buying the truly raw ones soon. Thanks for the info.

  • Wow that smoothie looks super sexy ! Green tastes good !

  • Wow! That was one heck of a smoothie and I thought I make the best! I can't wait to try this out :) yes!!!

  • lou is always sweating....

  • You guys should be on the food network. Better yet, have your own raw food network :D

  • Looks good!

  • Fresh from the shells are best. Two rocks and a bit of spare time does the trick fo sho :)

  • Can't wait to try this one. Thank You!

  • I don't understand how all these living enzymes and probiotics can survive a blendtec.

  • im gonna try this this morning, strawberry , mango smoothie with cilantro, jabanero , spinach and celery and coco water , thats breakfast.

  • That drink looks refreshing!!
