china has alot of materials to make revolvers if u wan (: in fact china police are using 9mm revolvers. i know using speed loader is difficult. that is why there are such things called 'practice' and 'training'. revolvers are still in production, just selected models only the service revolver of hkpf is definitely in production including the parts.

its not practical, its not like ther're gunfights in hk everyday involving beat cops and armed crooks.even if a gunfight breaks out, backup(PTU,SDU) will be called upon, so there's not really a need for a beat cop to be armed with an automatic.actually automatics r out of the qns.even US patrol cops are armed with semi autos only.anyway,beat cops main priority isnt a gunfight, they have other duties.and mostly they are the 'eyes'.whn anything too overwhelming occurs,there is always backup.

The revolver still has its place because it is reliable (does not jam).
A strong emphasis on any semi auto pistol training is on clearing malfunctions.
Revolvers are also much easier to maintain.
Pistol magazine springs are prone to weaken and cause malfunction when depressed for prolonged periods.

英軍以往用偉伯利轉輪手槍時，據說因為設計是中間拗輪設計，好像不能用上彈器，所以上彈需要更長時間，故此會這樣說，六發子彈解決一切。

大案子由重案组，'O'记，或则保安局等处理，这几个部门已使用半自动手枪(SIG P250)。特别案子就会由特别任务连接手及资源，他们用Glock 17和MP5 半自动枪械。普通巡逻左轮就够，没人教你reload时在敌人面前做。现在也有头戴逼弹头盔身穿逼弹衣手持870p散单枪或MP5A4的机动部队来处理重型案件。

左輪...早就好多國家淘汰la..相對於Glock系列同Beretta系列來講.連射射速太底la~~還有左輪彈藥裝填量幾乎少了半~
