I´ve never seen anything so cool in the world of rally - had no idea that trabi´s were used in motorsport! I really, REALLY want one of these :)

Does anyone know if they drive with 2 cylinder 2 stroke engines like the stock trabi? And are they fitted with a turbo or..?

At this time Kőváry Barna (the dude, who drives the Trabi) racing with a Clio. Otherwise. His team changed the hot transmission in 13mins. at the service park :) And the funniest thing with this car: It had a soapy-water injector, what pumped the water under the rear wheel, when the driver wants to take the corners like on the vid. So Barna was the biggest Trabi driver here at Hungary!! Many rally fans were sad, when He changed His car to the Clio.

They "lost" :-) the whole rear left suspension after a crash, and the navigator was the "balance weight" on the car. That's why He's sittin' on the hood.
