Very good voice! You really need to work on your timing though. In this song, your timing is really taking the edge off of some parts. That is a shame, because I think you can do better than this.

Even Queensryche drops this song (and almost all songs) a half step live. Any musician would know that. Dio was dropping songs a full step to a 1.5 steps. The reason is because it helps maintain vocal strength throughout a show, instead of wearing it out. Hats off to the singer, as this is a very hard song to bridge. One has to have a great powerful head voice for this song to not sound like a girl is singing it. Also, it is evident that you have worked on your formants also. Lessons?

Even though Tate's voice has a more (imo beautiful) silky tone (lower mids), and i hear a more clear high mid-toned /presenced vocal here, i take my hat off for this.
