The video shoots back and forth between the young mother-to-be and dysfunctional Tom rubbing his head, to establish that they are connected.

One old pos from southeast Missouri told me that I was faking and that I just needed a job! I've paid into the system before I got sick and make an illustrious $8,000 a year off disability. I think I have been going through the begining stages od schizophrenia. I dont know who i should tell first. My wife knows something is strange. My parents wouldn't be suprised but i wouldn;t want to worry them. my best friend seems the most viable outlet. Today two girls came to my door asking trick or treat but thats two weeks away. I dont think they were real. I have a wife and a kid and a home and a good job and no one knows this is going on.

On forums you find Crohn's sufferers joking about it, same for cancer - it's a human coping mechanism, there's even a certain morbid fascination - I had a schizo-psychotic break of sorts due to drug abuse, heard voices talking to me, heard my dad hitting my mum (he never did that in reality), saw my mum dead on the floor, hallucinated ants swarming all over me and coming out of my skin. the problems with any mental disoder is its very difficult to get inside another person head and no exactly what they are feeling or thinking. you try and see if you can think what another person is feeling. its impossible to define. thats why mental disorders are impossible to treat nearly. also that is what makes them a great oppurtunity for people who want to fake a mental illness for the sake of benefit. some fakers will even take the medication to make it seem so

If Schizophrenia is a concept then it does not exist. all people at one time or another will behave in ways that can appear to be add, adhd, bi polar, depressed or schizophrenic. However, all in all it comes down to managing symptoms of repression and oppression. Notice the video did not explain any process at all about schizophrenia? Think for yourself. How many times did you feel schizophrenic? Notice they are only showing Whites. Why?
They are just showing how thought processes work (imagination, if you want to call it that) and the processes of the brain are disjointed, and make no sense. THAT'S what they are showing.

Just an aside, most people when they read a title like "Thought Process of a Schizophrenic" assume the postor has the same reverence for the plight of schizophrenics that they do. Descriptions are often overlooked until well into the video. Maybe in the title you could have said something like "Video Art school protrayal of schizophrenic." It's fine to attempt an artistic view of such subjects, but your title is attracting the wrong audience. Hope that helped and best wishes for school.

Just an aside, most people when they read a title like "Thought Process of a Schizophrenic" assume the postor has the same reverence for the plight of schizophrenics that they do. Descriptions are often overlooked until well into the video. Maybe in the title you could have said something like "Video Art school protrayal of schizophrenic." It's fine to attempt an artistic view of such subjects, but your title is attracting the wrong audience. Hope that helped and best wishes for school.

Check some of the descriptions people type about what they post before you tear them a new asshole. It's abstract. And for a Video Art class. Don't tell me none of you were a little twisted and did things that may have been unsavory to the norms and sheeples.

You know, I'm schizophrenic and I find this kind of shit really offensive. It makes us all out to be some kind of psycho disorganized burden on humanity, when in reality we aren't as "crazy" as everyone says.

@MuffinFart360 I'm quite interested to know about Schizophrenia, but every video I have found on youtube has been bloody weird and doesn't have anything to do with the symptoms of Schizophrenia. Btw, I don't think any person suffering from schizophrenia are "crazy" and nobody else should think that either. But, when there are videos like this, goodness knows what people are thinking about the illness :/

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thumbed this down. You have no idea how hurtful this was to watch [the first minute or so anyway until I saw what it was about]. My brother has schizophrenia. Try being a little more sensitive to an illness that destroys dreams and lives.
