I'd never expect a K-3H to sound like that! Whatever fouled it almost makes it sound like a P-5. Does anyone hear the top note slightly wavering in tone? Or is it just the camera's sound?

Thats not a P5. The K3H rides atop the CN Dash-8! It deffinatley doesn't sound correct, though...One of the bells must be shot.

It sounds like a couple bells on that horn are fouled. I think I hear the #1, #3, and #5 bells. Anybody else?
