if you could go into more detail about elbow position that would be good because i see different variations (some elbows 90degrees to body, other tucked in against the body) and which one is better. cheers
My elbow is always tucked. Some camera angles are tougher to see. Flaring it out 90 degrees is bad for your shoulders for both 1-hand and 2-hand. Tucking it will also bring the triceps more into play
@thumbnugget1000 tucking your elbow puts more emphasis on the tricep. i like to keep my upper arms at about a 45 degree angle from my body. that way its not bad on your shoulders but you also are working all the muscles more equally (chest, shoulder, tricep) instead of putting emphasis on the tricep
