Personally, I wish you could use the hypnotize plasmid on him to and have it count for something. Meaning, he'd give you the key so he could fight with you as long as he's hypnotized. You could even add some new radio messages with him talking. It wouldn't change the ending much, though, seeing as he'd die with Delta.

In the begin,Sinclair should've deserved since he was using all to personal gain,but near the end he realized how wrong his acts were,he tried to fix things,lamb took advantage of his distraction,captured him and turned him into an alpha

Sinclair according to radio tapes,was always the kind of guy who helps people,but always trying getting the better advantage by tricking them or other ways like his products,persephone,the facility he gets in the past by ryan for helping ryan in the "vanish" solutions or by his apartments in paupers drop,he was going to use your character,he helps you but in the end you would be his puppet,in the end of the game he got a change of heart,realizing how wrong his "stomp people" desicions was.
