Actually a lot of animals purr. Most don't sound like cat purrs, but squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, and a lot of other animals make a purring noise when in a good mood or for comfort.

@lordpoundbury my friend had one. if you raise it correctly they can be amazing pets. there just like children though. very messy. but personally i think its worth the work to raise one. there amazing creatures.
