@SuperRobloxUploader Did you get the call from Professor Elm after claiming the 7th badge? I'm pretty sure you have to clear out the Rockets in Mahogany before getting Pryce's badge, so....as far as I recall, once he calls you the Rockets invade the Radio Tower.

Regardless, complete the Radio Tower sidequest in Goldenrod and he shouldn't bother you.

@1ortanfan you need to go back to goldenrod into the tunnel talk to rocket grunt then go to radio tower and work ur way up to floor 5 u will see petrel in disguise again beat him and he will give u key then go back to the tunnel head right use the key key and find the directer he will give give u a card.go back to radio tower Floor 3 or 4 use the card then work ur way up. good luck ;)

@rossyboy108 After you got your seventh badge (whether it was Mineral, Storm, or Glacier) you should have gotten the call from Professor Elm asking you to check out the Radio Tower in Goldenrod. Only after doing that quest and wiping out Team Rocket will the the candy bar man let you pass. Refer to the next several videos if you get stuck in the Radio Tower.

@MrHaRdScOpEr You'll need to have 7 badges to make Team Rocket invade the Radio Tower in Goldenrod. After you beat them there, the man will let you by. The next few vids should help if you get stuck in the Radio Tower invasion. (You do have to do some running back and forth between buildings...not that simple.)

@Rayquaza509 Its name wasn't really altered from the Japanese (romanized as Suikun). Thus it's a pretty safe bet they are pronounced the same, and because Japanese is a syllabic alphabet, each character has a set pronunciation...and those characters are su-i-ku-n, the latter two of which run together in practice and make it soo-eee-coon. (Also, Sui = Water, so there you go.)

Most US Pokémon names have no basis for pronunciation, but Legends often retain their Japanese names and thus do.

@Alexophy There the same game!!! Just little different modifications into them. The only thing really different is that a few pokemon are only in that game. And you get Ho-Oh first. You get Ho-Oh at lvl 70 in soul silver and vise versa, i don't get how one is better than the other.

two quick questions 1) What does the rage candy bar do? and 2) what happens if I went to the lake of rage and got the badge over there before the mineral badge and all of those kind of things, like I stopped the radio then realized oh I missed a bit of things, then I did that, after getting the mineral badge oak calls me and tells me about the raidio, what do I do?

@154itachiuchiha On my SoulSilver, I did something similar (only I beat Chuck last). After you have seven badges total, Elm calls and you proceed to the radio tower as per normal.

@bloodyankle That's just a Johto region thing. Enemies, and therefore your own Pokémon, don't level up nearly as quickly as they do in the other games, to the point that the GS/HGSS Elite Four is easily the weakest out of all 4 generations. (The first Elite Four member in Sinnoh has a higher level team than Lance in this game!)

@KooperKoushiro they increased the exp rate in the remake but not as much as the other games, the originals gave such low exp that i had a full team of lv 35's when i first met red (i know nooby) but then when i got soul silver i was alot higher

Platinum does take a LONG time to save compared to D/P and HG/SS.

As far as it being an emulator issue, I don't play ROMs so I can't help you there.

The English version of HeartGold/SoulSilver? That's because it isn't out yet. Not the official release, anyway.
