Geez... he must have been mentally ill or on drugs or something. As he bangs his finger on the tower, it drew an arc from the live jumper above his head. Judging from the insulators I'd say that's probably 33 kV. The arc then jumped from his hand to his head. Since his left hand is on the grounded steel tower, the current path would be hand-to-hand, the most dangerous shock since it goes through the heart. Head to hand wouldn't be much better. I can't believe he survived.

I was deep in thought today day dreaming at work and I arrived at the same realisation, I had been referring to it as electrocution for years, and it just randomly popped in my thoughts that electrocution like execution means death.
