no, its not following kristen. i read that there is supposed to be a part in the movie proving she survived, but it's still undecided whether that scene will even be included in the film or not. the strangers part 2 will focus on a family who is suffering with money issues, and end up living somewhere in a trailer park. it is said that the strangers will be much more violent, with dollface having a gruesome killing scene, and man in the mask having a horrific scene with a character, and his ax.
