Well, to find your IP address on Windows, you don't have to use cmd. If you have a Linksys router, click setup and keep looking until you find 'Starting IP address:'.

hmm ppl you can't hack him just that easy you think that IP addres was his actualy IP ? Sorry to dissapoint you but it was the IP that his ROUTER gave him, not the one his ISP gave him :P if you have that 1 you might have a chance to hack him. If you want to know your actualy ip you need to typ ipconfig in dos (for PC users)and next your ISP's name, that IP is the importand 1 (sorry for the bad english) good clip btw

@australiandj There isn't much you can do with someone's IP. Its just what they currently run atm and their connection type/ISP. Every noob thinks that IP is the gateway into hacking someone's computer. Its not. And from the shortened IP, you can't find out his Extended which is needed to do ANY remote hacking unless you use a program like most REAL hackers. IP doesn't mean much of anything. gtfo

this doesn't work the next time you reboot.

for it to really work you have to switch your network settings from dhcp to manual, so the router wont give your machine a new IP every time you reboot. now pick an ip address of your preference somewhere in between 192.268.1.2 and 192.168.1.255, (i.e. 192.168.1.101) , use that as your manual ip in network settings (for the other settings you can copy what dhcp gave you earlier) AND as the ip at the port forwarding page in your router.

2 - He's using Safari which is an internet browser made by apple.. This browser can be downloaded even if u r using windows.. here's the download link : apple.com/safari/download

3 - He's using Mac OS X which is an operating system made by apple and he's not using windows...

I was trying a torrent I couldn't get more than 30kbson vuze, the slowest download I've ever experienced with a torrent.. I download the SAME torrent with utorrent and get 600+ kbs.. wtf vuze!
