  • What a fantastic live version of "Cut the Cake" -- thanks for posting. AWB headed for New England in the spring and I will be there!

  • I've listened to AWB for over 30 years and saw them in concert for the first time 2 weeks ago. They are as tight and funky as ever! After the show they met the fans in the lobby and signed autographs and shook hands. They are very fan friendly!

  • One of the best funk bands all ever. The first time i listened to this song i couldn't beleave. Scotland guys making the original american funk. And I would say, beter than the americans. How can?!

  • @raoni04 i wouldnt say "better".. u know Tower of Power? and if, did you hear them live, too? .. thats another experience i can tell you!!

  • I agree with you Dougles, there is nothing like tower of power. But, AWB is one of the best bands, better than most american funk bands I know. They have the right mood, no doubt! By the way, have you listened the brazilian band called Black Rio?

  • @raoni04 thanks ^^ that might be true! but ToP for me is the best thing i could imagine concerning Soul, Funk, RnB with such a fat horn section.. and all of those musicians are great characters , too. just phenomenal! i never heard anything of Black Rio, i'll look them up! thanks for the recommendation!

  • 3mins in that groove is frickin amazing

  • My Girlfriend was at this Show way to go baby!

  • They give funk to the world!

  • THE BEST FUNK BAND EVER!♪

They showed me the road that leads to Funky Avenue 21 years ago...along James Brown &co.

Ex member Hamish Stuart was one of my teachers♪

    Slàinte AWB !

  • Saw them in 2007 they still got it!

  • I heard these guys for the first time with a head full of ecstacy and couldn't believe my ears. They sound just as good sober. What more can you say?
