Hi Betty, I'm not sure if this question has been asked or not, but can this recipe be used for piping? Please let me know when you can. Awesome job, as usual!
@7077Yasmin Yes, you may use it for piping. It is fairly soft, so it may not be the best choice. I have a Chocolate Decorator's Icing in bettyskitchen that is perfect for piping. Here is a link to it:
One of my viewers below has a daughter with a catering business. She makes cupcakes, as well as other baked goods. You can take a look at some of her work at:
deliciouscatering(dot)moonfruit(dot)com. I hope you have a chance to look at her beautiful work and give her a compliment for a job well done!
@joshuacmex To have good results, you will need confectioner's sugar. I have a cocoa-fudge icing in bettyskitchen that does not require confectioner's sugar. Maybe you would like that.
Hey Betty :D i tried your baked potato skins today, and they were amazing :D we added them to restaurant menu today, and named them 'Aunt Betty's Homemade Potatoe Skins', and we're hoping they'll be a great hit :D
@erinseashore1996 Thanks for the great feedback on the Potato Skins! I'm honored that you named them after me! I hope they do well. Thanks again; I appreciate it!
These look lovely Betty our daughter makes a lot of cup cakes for different orders. She decorates them with different icings, trimmings and home made edible flowers. ;-) Richard
@richardpeej Thanks, Richard! I'm sure your daughter's cupcakes are beautiful! If she has a website, you are welcome to post it here for my viewers to see. Cupcakes seem to be very popular! Have a great day/evening!
another fun video! great smile at the end! I realized while watching this that although I have a pastry bag and tips to use... that by using the zip bags you can have many bags with multiple colors sitting at a finger tip for making decorations! Very inspirational video, thanks for sharing!

@catladyof5 Hello from Germany, here is a "Pfannkuchen" recepie if you like:
125 ml water or mineral water, 250 ml milk, 7 tablespoons flour, ½
teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 eggs
this a sweet varietie and for 4 persons. Separate the eggs and beat the
egg whites until its stiff. Mix all ingredients together and fold in
the stiff egg whites. you can give apples or cherries in the dough,
just back it in a pan and serve with sugar. Liebe Grüße LeaMarie

If you add eggwhites you get a icing that has a beautiful shine to it :)
We often use it in Denmark for marzipan ring cake :)
But remember to use pasteurised eggwhites if you would like to make it :)
