this is trash, for any experienced grappler that is trying to look over and relearn these moves, wrong series. this is more for drunk basement grappling.
good for the beginner. but youve got to be tighter on that side mount youve got to roll your man up on to his side a bit, usually youre taught to walk that leg around the head not move it in one step, and pinch those knees. cool vid for the beginner to have an idea. at first its a game of feet, then its a game of inches, then its a game of centimeters.
Wasn't a realistic starting position and didn't show how to secure arm. Much better grappling videos out there- check out sumissions101 and Eddie Bravo for quality info.
