I usually do the exact opposite of what you just said lol I love eating so it's hard for me to change my bad eating habits. You're doing very well and yes I'm behind you 100% your vids are getting me motivated keep it up!!
YAY! Congrats on losing two more pounds!!! I can DEFINITELY see some more definition...honestly, if you didn't say that you lost 2lbs, I would have assumed that between last week and this week, you lost around 4-6 lbs. It just looks like that! ^^ Your stomach has gotten flatter, and I can see your abs forming through...hehe I can dig it! :D Just a random note, you are forever wearing the freshest clothes. ;) Congrats, once again! ^^ and I cannot wait to see how you look on day 30! :)
@Redheadbliss926 Thank you for taking the time to watch my video and comment!!! :) It really means a lot. There have been a lot of changes I've made to my diet in combination with working out. A lot has to do with portion control and not overly eating if you miss a meal. Definitely drink a lot of water and cut back on fried foods and sugars. If you do eat fried foods or sweets, make sure you use portion control. ;) There are a few other things that I do, but what are your eating habits? I
