The Big Bang Theory is just that, a scientific theory, unless you have knowledge the rest of us don't have. If it could be proved it would no longer be theoretical. Even if it was proved it would not preclude the existence of God, although many scientists would doubtless prefer it to do so.
Religion is for insecure people period. Its not an entirely bad thing, as it brings hope and morality into peoples lives, but something that has caused over 50% of historys wars and the deaths hundreds of millions of people is definitely not "good" either.
