you got it wrong the doctor dies as donna takes the wrong turning with someone. then she goes back then the doctor gets exterminated by a dalek and he starts to regernerate then he puts his energy into the hand and stops the process and donna touches the hand becomig part time lord part human

i've seen all of series four episodes and davros does come back in episode 12 and 13 as the doctor dies in it and rose comes back it's good but sad.
