57p 316Lss,p size 110mm x 110mm x.9mm, wih a spacing of 2mm ,13.8V x 8 groups, each of 7 series cells, total of 56 cells x 2V =112V effective, dont know the amp draw but in the video it was running of a 13.8V 23 amp rated lab power supply, without an amp meter. Each cell is sealed from each other except for a 1.5 mm dia vent hole (if you look close you can see them),the vent holes have a ledge above them and create an air pocket, reducing current leakage, pushing the hydrox to each side.

The hum sound is the power supply and the splatter is the bubbles poping at the surface

BTW what is your plate configuration and how many volts and amps are you using?
