    The hum sound is the power supply and the splatter is the bubbles poping at the surface

  • 57p 316Lss,p size 110mm x 110mm x.9mm, wih a spacing of 2mm ,13.8V x 8 groups, each of 7 series cells, total of 56 cells x 2V =112V effective, dont know the amp draw but in the video it was running of a 13.8V 23 amp rated lab power supply, without an amp meter. Each cell is sealed from each other except for a 1.5 mm dia vent hole (if you look close you can see them),the vent holes have a ledge above them and create an air pocket, reducing current leakage, pushing the hydrox to each side.
