The way they do an outer forward on ice is with the free foot forward, which I do not like. I am glad you asked that question. I always did it with a bend knee to the side (all the way down, on roller skates). I will see if we can work on that one. anything is possible, and kitty is a good student.
Very nice! Now see if you can do an outter forward sit spin. I've always wanted to know if ice skaters could do that too. With how amazing laybacks look I think that sit spin would really complement ice skaters. As a former roller skater I am very impressed!
Not quite... your foot has to be ALL THE WAY TURNED. yours is sideways. both arms should be laid back...
