..in case you didnt know the lore of stratholme and its geography is quite simple. psyblade1st knows what he is talking about and the elven forests dont have a thing to do with it because it was lordaeron and the elves back then were secluded to the north after the third war...
wait if this is lordaron then why is it called the culling of strathelome i thought it was strathalome...lordaron is the city the undead stole from the scourge and built undercity under it
No, lordearon were the Human lands but when the scourge turned the humans into undead it became a capital for the scourge, then, undead fought back and reconquered parts of it, but this time as undead, and they built the under city.

This was filmed during the WWI 2008 on Paris, and is currently available in-game in the Culling of Straholme (as the title says).
During the demo, no mobs were there since it was still in development by Blizzard.

It is called "The Culling of Stratholme" because this is Stratholme, and it is the name used in World of Warcraft for this zone.

Correction: Lordaeron is the entire area north of Kaz'Modan, and up until near the Elven Forests.
In-game, Lordaeron is Silverpine forest, all until Eastern Plaguelands wide, and from south of Ghostlands until Kaz'Modan.
Yeah, it's a pretty big kingdom...at least, it used to be.

W00t! We'll pwn them!
...At least Sylvannas perserved King Teranis's tomb...she must've had respect for him since the second war. :D
psyblade1st 3 years ago
Yeah, but Sylvanas isn't of the Scourge either. So that's good enough. But still, we gotta kick some Ghoulie ass in Wotlk.

i thought arthas used his ashes to summon the lich king?
Taiko195 3 years ago
Nope, he just wanted the magical urn that held Teranis's ashes. He probably threw away the ashes later.
And he wanted the urn to rez Kel'Thuzad...nothing to do with the Lich King.
