You get wings, when you acsend as a deava. Wings as level 10 aren't anything special to be honest... With most of my chareters, I get wings at level 9, because I do the acsension qest just than, to get ultra exp from it. You level up after killing a noob, so I'm never level 9 for more than 10minutes of running around...
