Why do people get so angry with Dr. Ken Hovind? He is a great man, don't give me any of this diploma mill conspiracy bullshit! Creationism exposes science for what it really is, government funded lies - come on people, they've being lying to us for centuries! Moon landing anyone?
first Dr. Ken Hovin has a degree second Evolution is a religion you have to imagine the big bang and imagine billions of years between species these are to religions fighting fiercely each other.... God (imaginary friend) vs Evolution ( adult fairy tale -not real science)
@telectronicguy Kent Hovind went to Patriot Bible University, an acknowledged diploma mill.
It is irrelevant, but you don't have to 'imagine' the Big Bang; it has evidence in support. And you don't have to 'imagine' millions of years of evolution; we have evidence that is used to figure out precisely what happened.
Postdictions are commonly made in science, and just because you have to gather evidence to make them doesn't mean they are not scientific. Is the Vesuvius eruption a fairy tale?
This place has obviously been designed to retard the academic development of American children. If I remember correctly, the bible contains 10 commandments, 2 of which are about not lying and not stealing. I guess Kent Hovind missed out that part. Anyway, his 10 year prison term will give him plenty of time to think it over.
why reject the truth and accept a lie...dinosaurs are real and a few discoveries prove that some are still around, yet evolutionists for years taught us they were extinct...you want to believe in evolution, but it makes no sense and is full of circular speech
@phoenixangel1120 Science is rooted in both deduction and induction. I can see how you'd mistake it for "circular speech," but it is clearly not. You're right about one thing, though. Since taxonomic classification works downwards, and birds are descended from dinosaurs, you could say that dinosaurs, in an uncommon understanding of the word, are still around. I don't see how finding out dinosaurs (in the common understanding of the word) are "still around" overturns evolutionary theory anyway.
@alexfanx Hopefully never again. I'd like to see the government turn over the land that's been acquired to a few individuals willing to establish a respectable scientific museum.
Check out the "Nerve Wracking Ball" at about 3:58. One slight slip forward and those poor kids would've had their brains whomped so badly--they'd be guaranteed to become Young Earth Creationists for sure... if all the other blatantly false propaganda and shameless lies in the park were to fail in persuading them, that is.
Also somebody should report the original video (the producers, not you for posting it on YouTube) to Paramount for stealing all those Star Trek sound effects. The creationists love to plagiarize since they tend to have trouble coming up with original ideas.
No doubt they have board games and stuffed animals etc. to market once the kids get there. I agree that children should get hands on learning about real stuff rather than hypothetical stuff.

I thought the place had finally been shut down and was going to be sold off to pay for Dr. Jailbird's restitution fees.
