But she is very expressive on the FX, so her coach thinks she has potential on FX. Jiang said "her difficulty is not as good as otehr top athletes, but hardworking makes her one of the top AA athlete in the team. She was the AA champion in the national before the Olympic. However, Jiang failed on her VT during the Prelim.
After the prelim, Jiang tried to keep herself positive. Three days after the prelim, she did a good job in the Team final. She is very satisfied with her UB for the team final. Jiang said, "it is very important to be the first one to perform, it makes my teammate calm and confident." When Team US finished their FX. Jiang "I didn't think too much and give myself too much pressure, I just want to show myself to the world. I believe we can win and I trust myself."
Jiang: everyone who plays gymnastics want to be world champion and want to win gold in the Olympic. Now I did it, I am very happy. I think this result gives me more confidence and motivates me to make more effort and improve myself.
