@neutralino1 Good work man, i am designing a system which can take waste heat like you have here and convert it to electricity, it would offset the amount of power your blower consumes and make it more environmentally friendly.
yes, some cheaper and smaller vacuums have a hole for suction and another one for blowing. you just switch the hose between them and it will work in reverse.
i have no mesh to filter sparks and ash. i planned to install one, but practice showed there's no need really. although if i burn lots of cardboard there is some fly ash for a brief time, but it's harmless.
you know the real deal one of these, the smart ash? its3999 dollars i think,,
ha 3999 dollars,,, can buy a barrel for 6$ a trolley to put it on for 25$ and a blower for 50$,,, why de hell is smart ash so expensive? when those are the 3 components barrel trolley blower
so right! i wanted the smart ash when i first saw it, and i wrote them to ask about price. it was 4000+ at the time. i know at least 3 other companies from australia to europe which manufacture the same incinerator under different name, but the price stays in the thousands. that's why i built mine. it looks primitive compared to smart ash and the else, but principle is the same and it does the job. it cost me about 100 bucks and i can't even weld.
4000+ ha, are they wacky on the tobacy, are the inhaling their own fumes ,
its a barrel for gods sake, i'd love to get one built by a pro welding fabricator, bet i can built it for 300$ and have it looking and performing better than smart ash,
Great video, pls made more. And yes, show the rubbish before and after. A couple yrs. ago my gf burned all her old unders and pantyhose in a backyard barrel. It was a big smoky mess. You have the better idea.
If you want a clean burning design, check out a rocket stove design. It burns very cleanly but slow and efficient.

what is that going into it a vacuum/hoover? or what is it u use to blow air in?
argosy2006 2 years ago
it's a small vacuum. anything that can blow air at least as powerful as 4 gallon vacuum will do.

so vacuum work in reverse? how u make it do that, or can it do that from new?
do u have mesh in chimney at any point,, i see nothing been blown out,
