  • Does he realize that, that kid's chin was just sitting there waiting for a lead uppercut to send him ass first to the canvas?

  • hahaha. THis is auctually good video. This guy makes rubbish vids but this ones true and correct.

  • Why not Juust Focus On Youu're Opponents Chin? Instead Of The Chest Or Eyes!

If Youu Hit Youu're Target In The Chin Just Righht; You cann Easily Put Him Ouut In Onnne Punnnch(:

  • @DomeeMeUpp easier said than done buddy. and plus. defence is the key. once you have that right, the attack will follow easier

  • i think its instinctive to keep your chin down when fighting

  • lol Nuarysan..love it..id spit in one eye and see what the other eye is saying..lol

  • Bull shit if your opponent intimidates you with his eyes and your worried about that before the fight in training then wen he bangs u in the mouth your gonna shit urself

  • Very useful tips for any boxers. Avoid focusing your vision at the opponent's eyes. As your opponent can very easily trick or intimidate you with his / her eyes. Chin down, hands up, elbows tuck-in. And do not loose track of your opponent at all time.

  • i just started boxing but isnt defense all about your own style of boxing e.g depending who your fighting you should just adjust ur defense/attack a little to out class ur opponent ???

  • this is a joke, right? This can't be real man... it can't be. You can tell this guy has VERY LITTLE boxing experience.

  • so if he is doing something wrong enlighten us ?@edemvedson

  • @moblackqb31 Just browse my videos......but I would add bending at the knees a bit to this video. What he's saying is correct but its also important to bend at the knees and keep proper balance.

  • its totaly different in pro tho

like me because pro's are sofast for head movement that they dont need it

they are so fast and if your hands are down than it makes your head move faster for some weird reason and if ur chin is up like in karate or muay thai or any other martial art than u can see everything but i gues you should keep it down in boxing because u only need to see the punches coming but any way for you ametuer boxers i gues i'l recomend to keep up hand and chin down

  • I'm pretty short and I can still look at my opponent's eyes with my chin down.

  • chin down is a yes, but eyes to chest.. id go eye to eye and hypnotize my opponents instead

  • yeh u know

  • hahahahahahaahahh, wait till the mx warrior tap that chin with a left hook

  • xD hes got it down no worrys

  • EVen though I already know this, it is great advice. Basics of boxing and kick boxing.

  • The chin strap tip is great! I'll be using that from now on.

  • I agree. But I'll do the strap thing while shadowboxing not sparring, itd just be a pain in the ass while sparring.
