so the T was in charge until seson 2 which takada is the messager to kira and kira is the dude that has death note so now he thinks its god but it is the shimagami doing the work and he had to make a copy of the book but takada dies by burning to death she got a paper from the book but she didn't right down names fast enough so she burned to death

I always thought that ryuk ment the shinigami relm by nothingness because in the begining he was saying that there was nothing there (in the shinigami relm) and all they did was "sleep and gamble and if you took the time to write names in your death note the others would just laugh at you."

nope, death gods, shinigamis, write names in thier note's so they don't die, w/e remainder is left in that humans life they killed, they gain, they do it cause its said they are all scared to die, but mu is just nothingness, shinigami realm is a different thing, its where yes, they gamble and sleep and take names down for thier own lives to become longer ^^_
