I'm not sure what water effect your talking about, but you should be able to rename the image in any DIV to get whatever new image there you want - including an animated GIF. Is that what you're asking?
Hi, I have tried psd2drupal theme and its was great. A suggestion, please see if you can floats instead of absolute positing. No fixed height flexible in terms of height. Thanks
Thanks! Big Help!

Really like the water effect on some pages, can drupal use this as a header background so the animation remains as a renamed background header?

Thanks, that's what I was considering with a gif animation from paint shop pro.
Was considering a java aplet as an alternative to a gif anim also.
