  • but I had my heart set on the atkins diet so I will say stick with it even if you scew up go straight back on it and keep going if your heart is set on it you will get there eventually. Also please remember to take your multi vitamins I didn't do this when I first started and lets just say if you don't there will be nasty consequences when you go to the loo period :O.   • I recommend atkins it's amazing there is more lenience you can eat non starchy veg and salads with chicken ect... but if you have your heart set on the Dukan then keep going you will get there. With atkins I lost 6 inches around my waist in two weeks and also messed up my diet fo two weeks after the first two weeks. In the first two weeks of the diet I lost 13Ibs which as you know is 1/2 a stone. I also kept that off while I messed up and then now am back on the atkins.....

  • Hi Michelle, I'll be watching your progress with interest as I'm about your size and I'm thinking of doing Dukan as I've been doing the blood type diet for a few months and have gained weight due to all the soy recommended for my blood type (A+ types are supposed to be vegetarians) looks like this might work for me too.

  • hi,iv been on the dukan since the 23rd may i have lost to date 2stone 9lbs,i havent done any walking or gone to the gym,i still drank my wine at weekend

    i should be in the 3rd phase by now but i lost my way for a few weeks (shame on me!) im back on track again and hopefully have my last stone off by the end of november....keep going with the diet,it WORKS! its the best diet i have ever done! really fast results,attack is hard but when you get over that you are flying!!

  • Hi Michelle, Loved your video(s). I'm on Day 9 of Attack Phase and have lost 7.2 lb. I'm going to do 1 more day on Attack tomorrow (I believe the max is 10 days) I have heaps more to lose than you... 40lbs....I've ordered the book off EBAY (from the UK) still waiting for it to arrive, should have got you to send me one!! Anyway good luck and I can't wait to see more of your progress.
