  • I had to point out that right before you mentioned the Cheetos, I paused the video to go get some baby carrots, which look a lot like Cheetos! .... Well, I think that's a little funny. Anyway, I'm watching these videos like a year and a half after they were uploaded, but they're still awesome!

  • Haha I am watching all the shayloss videos and the whole time I've been eating cheetos. The videos are so motivating they make me want to lose weight and I'm not even close to being over weight.

  • i have a little thing that u can clip onto ur shirt or pants whatever..and it counts how many steps u take and in little numbers u can see how many cals u burn etc...so :) good job though!! ur doin great!!

    I eat a cucumber whenever I wanna something cold and sweet, like icecream. The cucumber makes me feel so much better though!

  • If you do the 2 days, you should have one day on like monday, and the second on like friday. dont do two days in a row.

  • I think you should do the 7-day raw diet after the 20 days, instead of only doing 4 or 5 days a week. That's what I think anyway, but its up to you.

  • You should alternate running and biking. Running does so much more for you, but it's a lot more work.

  • what would your advise be for someone who lives with there parents. I'm pretty sure I can't get my whole family on board, and I'm not the greatest at making lists of what I want for dinner, and my mom is one of those great cooks who makes a lot of good grease yummy foods. Sooo yeah lol, what would say for that. I really want to feel better but don't know how to be like "I want this!"

  • Make a raw pizza - there are recipes for it! I think I am going stay raw but add raw fish to the diet - Tuna etc.!

  • eating the "big cheeseburger, with fries, with a lemonade" every 3 days or so is a bad idea

  • 1. Just focus on walking about 30 minutes a day briskly...that is all you need - seriously. You'll loose more than you think - too much and your body will store fuel.

    2. Am I the only one concerned about someone (you don't know) knowing your exact location at all times (GPS) ... isn't that like 1 cm from THE CHIP! I don't want to be tagged and tracked like a tax cow. Horrible...boycott that!

  • Shay , Get an odometer for your bike so you can keep track of your miles.

    I just biked 30 miles the other day, biking is such great excercise.

  • hey shay, you may be already on this, but make sure you're eating a good variety of those raw foods to make sure you're getting all the vitamins and protein!

    and good job on having a day or 2 to eat your favorite foods..dont cheat yourself, TREAT yourself!

  • If you're trying to lose weight, honestly you should not have pizza. And if you are, make it a treat that you only have once in a VERY long while. You can't diet 4 days a week and the other 3 eat pizza, burgers, etc. It won't work, no matter how much you work out.

    You need to get to where you want to get and then start thinking about those treat foods.

  • I lost over 20 pounds and I was basically just eating pizza and some vegetables...

  • I lost over 120 pounds (and no I'm not kidding or making it up.. I can prove it if you want). You can lose 20 pounds if you did nothing before and then start exercising a lot. But when you're trying to lose serious amount of weight, you have to change your diet and your exercise. And you can't cheat on your diet or you'll just be undoing all your hard work.

  • Motion X gps is awesome for biking and there's a mount u can get for 26 bucks to hook it to your bike. Keep it up man i'm loving your videos

  • Body builders have these days they call "Cheat Days" where they do just that: they gorge on fast food and all sorts of other food that is just generally bad for you.

    The cheat days might be those two out of seven days a week.

  • If you start running there is the Nike fitness thing you can get that also helps keep track. And I downloaded an app called iFitness. Ita pretty good, it shows you exercises you can do with weights and it has some rountinea put together for you as well. There is alot you can do with it.

  • I would start the diet but I am a healthy 12 year old boy and I eat fairly healthy. I am also on a sccr team so I get exercise with my 3 practices a week and games saturdays. If I ever do need a diet I'll use urs as an example.

  • The first time you eat "bad food" from being raw, you're going to feel like shit. It's happened to me on my cheat days and it made me want to eat heathy again right away.

  • theres a free app that will show you how far you have gone. and it will show you on a map what track you took while out and around. ahows you every where you have been. its so acurate that if you dont walk strate on the side walk. it will show how you swerved on yoru path. you should download it. its a really great app. and its great cause its an free app.

  • I want to do this but I have a husband and three kids and theres just no time. That sounds weird but its easier to just make one thing for everyone rather than a separate meal for me. I obviously lack motivation, though me ever increasing rear end should be motivation enough...lol...keep going Shay!
