I remember being terrified to go on this when i was little, but when I went on it was the most fun ride, why did they get rid of it? does anyone know? I always remember waiting at like ten or fifteen minutes to get on which is more than I ever waited for fantasy fling/round up/ whatever it's called and that piece of garbage is still around...
They were act. gonna put this in SFNE, but at the last minute decided to put back in the riverside slingshot, rethemed it and named it the Buzz Saw. Because of a high demand by patrons to bring it back. Lookin at this video they made a good choice...
I think I did rode on Joust-A-Bout, but I'm not sure I am really did ride on that. In 2006, I rode on the Twister, which I found out that this ride is excatly located in the same spot as Joust-A-Bout, which is renamed to Sky Pilot in 1997.

This isn't at Six Flags Great Adventure. They have a ride similar to this, but it isn't this one.

I know, but I mean... it's not new. I was just exaggerating as a joke...

They have a ride like or maybe it's the same but instead of it being a double it has a single comparmnet or whatever.

During its lifetime, there were 2 names of that ride: Joust-A-Bout (1982-1996) and Sky Pilot (1997-1998).
I rode on the Twister and I later found out that this ride is located in the same spot as Joust-A-Bout used to stand.
