SIA management does not want to delete the SIA logo (Kris) on the tail because it is an important branding icon and is an image that is link to SIA's Success. SIA told Star Alliance that if they dont oblige to SIA's decision then they would pull out regardless of the contract and fees.

Mexicana is no longer part of Star Alliance, they left in 2004 because it did not want to renew a codeshare alliance with United and decided to codeshare with American and they're joining Oneworld sometime this year.

I'm glad they kept the same order and momentum of the original video... except of course when Air Canada appears for a few extra seconds to cover for Varig's absence.

It's amazing how, at the end, you can barely tell whose routes are from because the map is so crowded. I guess it shows how amazingly extensive Star Alliance is!
