  • You can sew or glue the ribbons into place

  • i have a request for a video on foot stretches!!!!

  • It's called a thera-band

  • what's the stretch band called?

  • the arch of my shoes don't last as long as i would wish, and the shoe cost stacks up fast! I'm totally trying out the jet glue AND the hair spray on the bows!

  • try a heavier band

  • could someone explainme the glue´s idea? im not very well at listening, so i didn´t understand.pleaseee¡¡¡

    =)thx

  • awesome thanks

i have been looking every where to for an exercise to improve me point and strengthen my ankles now how about knee strengthening

  • hey can you guys post a video like this except addressing issues of extention, turn-out, and such things? it would be great to see what you all do to help your flexibility and strength!

    thanks!

  • PAAHAHAHAHHAHAH WHO HASNT HEARD OF THE THERABAND AHAHAHAHAHAH thats hilarious

  • i dont find that very funny

and i didnt before this video

  • when you put the glue, will it dry in clumps, like per say if you "glue gunned" them?

  • nope - jet glue is really thin, it soaks right into the fabric like water. that's why it stains - the fabric looks permanently wet, lol...

  • no it won't jet glue is more fluid than glue gun and it spreads evenly

  • thanks!

    helpful.

  • OMG ive been on point for 10 years!

  • I actually already use most of those tricks! It's cool to know I'm not the only one who hairsprays my ribbons...

  • yep, lol, i thort i was alone in this world

  • MY feet literlly suck.

I have huge feet (size 9/10) and I've noticed that it's harder to make it look like your feet are pointed when they are larger.

When I point my feet I feel absolutely no stretch in my arch. I've tried the theraband and I dont feel it when I do that either...

    What am I doing wrong?

My feet look literally disgusting because it looks like they arent pointed when I really am pointing them...

    Help anyone?

    =[

  • there's a type of ballet shoe called Gaynor Minden, and they really help show off an arch. They may not strengthen your feet but they'll look much betther :) keep going with the theraband, it'll help!! xx

  • Very true. I have a pretty terrible arch too and my first point shoe was a bloch so I didn't fair so well. Now I have Gaynor Minden and it rocks. I should start on with the theraband too!

  • maybe your shoes are broken in yet, so just keep dancing and it will eventually break in!

  • Gaynor Mindens are very good! and they can strengthen your feet; try a softer GM shank like Supple (it's like a broken in paste shoe), or Featherflex (it's like a shoe that's starting to die). Pianissimo is like an almost dead shoe! it's their lightest shank. hope this helped, good luck! :D
