Do you recommend the Mac Air? My Mac Book Pro is beginning to feel so clunky. Do you use the Mac Book Air only for travel or is it also your "home computer"?

I weigh 138 but would like to weigh much, much less can you do a video on what foods you eat regularly like a typical breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that you eat?

@jessesgirl760 those videos are in the pipeline! You are in the healthy weight range though, you should concentrate on toning up rather than losing weight by eating less maybe.. I never snack if that helps - I eat good portion sizes for breakfast lunch and dinner. No crisps or chocolate if I can help it, and lots of freshly prepared food. Sorry that's so boring! x

hey ruth, just a note to you about your kindle, i have a kindle and the same case as you, i think,,, if your case is the one without a light then amazon have issued a statement saying there is a problem with the standard leather case, google amazon kindle case problems, anyway they've stopped selling the standard ones now and to people who have bought them, they are offering a free upgrade to the lighted one. just google amazon leather kindle case problems
