  • so beautiful. that would have been amazing to be there. (:

  • Beautiful.

  • So fine! This song is good for the Spirit and the Heart!

    Mitakuye Oyasin

    A Ho!

  • Know that tune very well ! Should take a gourd, drum and some boys and jam that and give them a show ! >_<

  • I wish I would have been there. So beautiful.

  • Why are they called Indians??

  • @TheVideodesk because Christopher Columbus thought he was in India when he arrived in the New World, and that name stuck for a while for some reason. I prefer calling them Native Americans.

  • @CalebSullivanMusic Lol, are u serious?? :D

  • @TheVideodesk yeah, that's what I heard in school at least, where are you from?

  • @CalebSullivanMusic We are American Indians if you were born here you are a Native American:)

  • @MamaRaven So, you prefer being called American Indians? Or are both terms okay or what? :)

  • having been in native ceremonies this sounds exactly like a peyote song and it is healing! when you hear him say "Yanna" he is refering to the goddess

  • I have nooooooo idea what he is singing, all that i know is that there is a vibration going on in my chest area as soon as he started singing! Awsome! Gotta play it again.

  • this is indian culture what are the white people doing there ,we have our own culture just as old it's called pagan maybe they should learn about that, older than christianity and has a lot in common with the indian ways if thats your thing paganism exist to this day some of it is good and worth finding out about

  • You guys i think he see's a squirl.

  • is there anyone who can translate it? Its like a unknown beauty to me...

  • Om - Aho

I cry when I listen to this. It's so sorrowful yet profoundly beautiful. You can hear the generations singing in him, the many broken dreams, yet their spirits live in him today.

  • this is beautiful. enough said

  • were not called indians.... its like calling us the n word..... so its NATIVE AMERICAN! and yes i'm full native.. thats my uncle singing!!!

  • @karmsan Thats right,i have Cherokee in my side of the family and i consider it to be disrespectful if im called anything other than Cherokee,or for those who arent aware of my heritage,Native American but i have been called asian due to my high cheekbones.theres no problem with asians though, its just not correct about me.i dont like when supremacist groups say that "they are the only true americans" because their people came to this land with Columbus, which means they're spaniard by heritage.

  • @karmsan Im glad there are people that embrace their heritage like you though, alot of people dont even claim it for whatever reason.Take Pride in your heritage my brothers and sisters!!

  • @karmsan Tell him thank you for sharing this! I have no idea what it means, but it gave me a wonderful vibration in my chest and its beautiful!

  • this was very beautiful but y do u have to record it like fa real thats real messd up. like y do colcasions consitantly always have an erge to record native ameican whn they are singing something. or doing something like u may be native american to but to me this is messd up its MY OWN OPION SO DONT HATE

  • @kissy123ish I dont understand why your not happy that this is posted so the rest of the world can see how beautiful we are...

  • i really like this song, its really pretty :)

  • Whether it be our brothers or sisters who take form of an animal, or our relations of an Caucasian, or African American. This land is given to us to share. Who-we-who

  • What a beautiful song. It makes me feel proud to be Native American. Eastern Shoshone. I have great respect to all my ancestors and my elders. I use to blame the white man for taking away our culture, but I realized that it was in the past and I have to live for today and take as much of my culture and heritage and pass it to my children. As I walk this earth I keep all of this in my prayers, I believe in giving back after my life has ended on our mother, for all of the next generations to come.

  • incredible. these people seriousely sing form the heart. ghoosebumps all over...

  • this must of been surreal!! how awesome.....I would of started crying....just thinking about what WAS there...the songs, the culture, the history! Beautiful!!!

  • thats very beautiful. I guess tis artist is of the NAvoja nation. I'm curious to as if that is a piece the artist composed or a composition that was waught to him. I bet is sounded wonderful where you were at The acoustics and settings seem both excellent. Thanks for posting this!

  • bahe2010utube - Some people have so much pride in their culture and teaching that they don't always complain about money. The guy's songs are priceless to some people.

  • Very beutiful, but what is he singing about? I would like to know.

  • What's with all the negativity. It's just a guy singing a Native American Church song. Nothing more. Thanks for posting the video. Very nice song. Been a member in the N.A.C for 40 yrs. I run across a lot of songs in my time and this is a good one. Ah ho !!!!

Shay diyin bay' alchini, bini ta'aya'ta'tay'do bini aa'te nihay alchini ligae, litsoi, lizhin, ado lichii. Bi'a shi diyin ashoo'd ako'n don'do.ahehee

  • LUV IT!

  • It is best to ignore people like BamaBoy205SR, who only wish to incite trouble. There are many bigots in this world, and they are of many colors, and to them, their color is the pure color. They don't realize the spirit has no color, it has no nation. They insist upon purity of flesh. They do not understand that there is no purity of flesh when it comes to blood. All blood has passed through the veins of another. All eyes have seen through those of another. We are all the same, of the spirit.

  • @Avidan2007 Aho!!

  • It is a Dine peyote song.

  • All who have died are equal. We are all the same. The body is just an Avatar to walk in this planet.

  • I know there are a lot of haters, but forgiveness is good for you.

  • as if all of us humans are born ina perfect world, let us unite and respect one another this cannot be done with insults friend; let all things pass by you and do what you can and let go. Dont linger on the past, it's done and we're either alive or not, or we are loving in the middle of hate eternal in our presence.

    HOzho nd'aniikaydo shi kis

  • t'a hatii bina a'koo ada' nachwo?

    Noyich'i ats'a a yagilti'oh ba'honeesii'oh t'o ana ada chwo, nihay diyin azho kon ada'si'ah hey!!!!! t'ada ananledi azao yanlti'i aneeltso diyin bi'he al'china ada'ne'te

Shut the hell up dude we are all diyin - god - allah - whatever the fuck you want to call it's children. SOo quit venting on my white brother princeofperiabyte!

  • I am Mexican, and I can sing just the same way how that guy is singing.!!! ^_^ I am Mexican, and I feel very Native of American. (:

  • THIS IS A PEYOTE HEALING SONG !! VERY SPIRITUAL,PROLLY HANDED DOWN FROM HIS MOTHER ,,GRANDMOTHER,,AND SO ON!!

  • Hey! That looks like my brother inlaw singing! LOL!!

  • is it the one guy sitting up or someone else not shown on camera?

  • @princeofperiaByte It's the guy sitting up.

  • @tribb07 thx he sings pretty dang good its stuck in my head im going to subscribe once this post is up :)

  • @BamaBoy205SR even if i am half native, it is a half i am very proud to be. I dont hate the white side of my family because without them i would not be alive right now. you yourself need to take that into account. if u have 100% native in your blood dating back several generations, congrats. But I am proud to be native, and make it a point to say that I am native first and foremost, and white after. I dont know who to feel more sorry for, natives like you, who dont realize we may be the

  • @BamaBoy205SR last of our kind, or the rest of the population of natives, who get a bad rep because comments like that make us look just as ignorant as the 100% pure white settlers who took what legally and rightfully belongs to us....you are more american than you say, you keep the a states name as your internet name from the country created by the people you claim to hate. You might as well be 50/50....just like the ones who openly admit that they are

  • @davidgarlow i am an african american with a little native blood but no caucasoid in my blood line none so you can go somewhere else with that 50/50 both of my parents were african aamerican

  • @BamaBoy205SR so being "african american" is 50/50 as well right? because you are recognizing 2 different countries as your ethnic background? and all "caucasoids" are sooo bad....what about the ones that died in a war so you wouldn't still be deemed as inferior, and have equal rights as everyone else in our country....and white people didnt go to africa and snatch your ancestors up....they were sold to them by your own fucking people you ignorant fuck..maybe if you studied US history instead

  • @BamaBoy205SR of kill the white devil...you might actually have made some valid points....but you feel like so much has been done wrong to you...what about jews? why dont you fight for them? they were forced to build pyramids...by decendents that have roots to YOUR ethnic background...but thats different right....because you werent alive then? then the same should be said about any "wrong doings" against blacks...c/ without white soldiers dieing for your freedom to use a computer

  • @BamaBoy205SR you may not even be alive right now....c. your fucking parents wouldnt have been allowed to even meet.....so RISE UP....RISE UP I SAY AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO GAVE YOU THE ABILITY TO......VOTE....EARN AN EQUAL EDUCATION....AND MOST IMPORTANTLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FIRST AMENDMANT TO PUBLICLY BASH THEM FOR GIVING YOU THESE FREEDOMS...AND ALSO THE FREEDOM TO LEAVE THIS COUNTRY AND NEVER COME BACK, AND GO BACK TO YOUR OWN COUNTRY WHERE YOU WOULDNT BE ALLOWED 1/3 OF THE FREEDOMS

  • I pray for peace among the Four Nations of humankind, the black, white, yellow and red! Fighting shames us all in the holy presence of a sacred song! Please show some respect here, for yourselves and for the sacred traditions that many of our ancestors died to protect and preserve. And never forget that curses come back upon those who set them loose on the Four Winds.

  • @sunmoonstarlex I also pray for peace and the nations of the three fires prophecies say we will have another time of peace after a time of re-learning.

  • @scheming8rythem you obviously weren't paying attention to the conversation that went on for sometime between me and that asshole....don't call me a pilgrim...I am recognized as native registered to the iroquois nation....I have prob done more for my people than you ever will....I stood at Oka defending my peoples burial grounds as a teenager....what have you done....talk shit to someone who may be an ally....I don't agree with what someone else said and made my point...u don't have to like it

  • @BamaBoy205SR

hey man calm down, not all caucasians are bad...the people who took Natives land, and those of others, but there are some that had nothing to do with it

  • @BamaBoy205SR dude chill i didn't like what Whites did to the Natives back then i feel sorry for the Indians and all the other poor people that were treated that way if i was living then i would try to stop the Whites from doing that and yes im white

  • @BamaBoy205SR dude what did i do to you im trying to be nice

  • @princeofperiaByte well just say how eveil this act was and shut the fuck up and stop being so big headed thinking you deserve forgivness for a land that has not yet been returned to the people your people killed. You euroamericans and the white ausies disgust me to my stomach fuck your sorry it is not worth wiping my ass with just return what youall have stolen and get the fuck on and keep your sorry world bank does not accept sorry

  • @BamaBoy205SR dude im reporting you honestly wtf did i do to u im not trying to get forgiveness and i really dont care what u think im getting u reported

  • @princeofperiaByte yes report what you need who gives a fuck damed caucasoid

God damed you for what you have done to all people of the world. As i thought caucasoid you can not say how damed evil you all are for comiting genocide against gods people you wont be able to run back to europe when the tide turns

  • @princeofperiaByte You will not get forgivness either from nature or god you are the locust of the earth and you are so cursed you can not see it a veil has been placed over your eyes and a lock has been placed over the caucasoids heart his fate is sealed that is why you can not connect what happened to native americans aussies and african and asians to what the white man has done to the ocean you think god won't deal with anglos for what BP has done hell is your home

  • @BamaBoy205SR

Why don't you go to immagration discussion forum? This is not the right place to vent your anger. The hell is the matter with you?

  • @BamaBoy205SR u racist bastard. bad people come in all different shapes, sizes and colors. ya, rascist bastards who happened to be white took land from native americans, and mexico, and cuba, and the phillipines, etc. etc. but for there are rascist black people, asians, and in any and every other possible group on this planet. i am not trying to say what these particular fucked up people did was ok, but you stereo typing us all into one category just be the people that did the fucked up shit...

  • @BamaBoy205SR cont.

...were white is no reason for you to be just as much a rascist bastard in return. in fact, by doing so, you are just as bad. take a look at the new black panther party-ya african americans have been VERY mistreated over the years, but that does not mean they have to resort to the same fucked up shit by saying that all white people should be slaughered! wtf? not all of the black panther party believes this i am sure, but some of them do, cuz they said it

  • @BamaBoy205SR so pull your rascist mind out of your ass and look around. not only are there bad people of every size, shape and color, but there GOOD people too. u sicken me

  • @BamaBoy205SR wait im a half breed so can i stay

  • @BamaBoy205SR You dont get it. None of the people who conquered this land are still here. They are dust and bones. You think the color of a person skin dictates evil? You have been fooled my angry brother. Evil dwells all around and in everything. Evil wants you to hate. Wants us to remain separate. I despise what my ancestors have done. How ever these are not my sins, i own none of them. I pray you wake up. Maybe then we can confront the true enemy. Until then, at least sleep well.

  • @Kyohteh My grandfather was Ottawa and Cherokee and i agree with you. Those who hurt our ancestors are no longer alive and we can not continue to blame todays people! What happened then was a horrible thing and all we can do now is try to move past it and live in peace together.

  • @BamaBoy205SR It's people like you why I'm embarrassed to be Navajo. That was a long time ago, I live in the NOW, where everyone gets along with everyone. The world's changing, and you my friend will be left behind like the other bigots.

  • @BamaBoy205SR

who are you to speak as if this is your land?

this is not MY land and this is not Your land, this is OUR land. unless you are jesus christ who can truly judge us.

  • peyote healing song

  • This is a special culture that deserves our respect.

  • @irocz0r you got that right. sometimes i wonder if our world and economy would be better if native americans had never been stripped of their land.

  • omg this is a beautiful song, i love that it's just his voice and nothing else. Does anyone know of any cd's like this, where native songs are sung solo with no or little backing music ?

  • This literally brought out my spirit when I did it, tears and all.

  • Thanks for not adding any kind of background music to it..

  • Reminds me of my dad telling me stories when i wen tto sleep in the night

  • wish i would have been on that tour

  • Sounds almost like a NAC song.

  • would be great to have these chants translated into english so we can know what they are singing.

  • @Phar2Rekliss there is no translation these are songs, they are not words they are sounds. you would have to grow up with them to understand them

but i realy love this song touched my hreat

  • he sings very native spiritly like

  • proud to be navajo!! we're hard working and do what we need to do!

  • be proud to be a human being. realizing your divinity is more important than superficial nationalist pride in an ethnic background, share your essence by learning the positive historical and cultural lessons of your people and spread them but dont latch onto any one personality type. you are many, not just one. and that can be viewed on many levels.

you arent just a human either, you are a soul, and that is spiritual evolution, realizing you are apart from your body,
