  • I love this track, it gives that space in the rhythm that is SOOOO much fun to just let loose in, or to hit some massive bend (which i prefer).

  • This has helped me improve so much. 3/4 was difficult for me to jam to but after a few weeks of playing around to this backing track my playing has improved more than i could have ever asked for! Kudos to the uploader!

  • ive been improvising blues for the past few days and ive been on many backing tracks which after a while its kind of te same thing (its fun but its getting old) then i found your vid and it is probably the best backing trck ever btw it really sounds like pink floyd

thanks for the awesome vid and sry for my lame language

  • This is awesome!! Cheers for uploading this man!! :D

  • does anybody else suddenly sound like David Gilmour after pressing play?

  • The best backing track .... I love this OH GOD !!!

  • this is fucking one of the best tracks ive ever jammed to.

  • Shine On You Crazy Diamond

  • i was gonna comment saying this is shine on you crazy diamond but i scrolled down and realized everybodys comment is already that :p

  • sound like echoes from pink floyd

  • if i jam through this track i feel like gilmour :D

  • could someone help me with this theory. I'm looking at the description. Isn't the aeolian mode of Bb: gm? And also, F dorian is G?

I'm kinda new to these modes. I know the pattern for the major scale over the whole neck. I know it divided into 7 patterjs, and those are the modes.. correct? So F dorian is just the 2nd pattern of the F Major scale? G?

  • @Biake22 G Minor is the relative minor of Bb Major. The Dorian mode in F Major would be G Dorian. I think you have a pretty good understanding of modes

  • sounds so much like shine on you crazy diamond..i am trying a play an e minor pentatonic with my saxophone on that one :) great vid!!

  • @almostvirtuoso it does, i thought the same thing

  • @zEsker yea its almost the same progression except that c dominant 7 chord in the verse..but that makes improvisation for interesting since u can play lots of G dorian on that...very nice :)

  • cheers for uploading- good to play along and see what comes out... :)

  • Nice track!! Thanks!

  • does the bridge really goes gm Bb+ Bb C gm gm add9 gm D7 ? Cause when i play it on guitar, it just doesnt seem right

  • Thanks so much for the backing track dude!! I just posted my improv to it on my channel if you want to check it out. I love constructive criticism. Thanks again dude. Happy Jammin!!!

  • @RockOutBaltimore - Good Improv, Nice Soul. Now that you've got the upper end of the neck going well, I would recommend coming up with some down n' dirty riffs in the open range, (frets 0-5), using the open d and g strings as leverage.

  • THANK YOU

  • any way to download this track?
