  • It's great that they're still performing!

  • Just signed to Rocksector records - new album soon!!

  • looks like old rockers, but they play awesome metal :)

  • I saw the Tygers in Colchester in 1980. Excellent band

  • 2 Minutes 2 Midnight :0

  • @Champo3000 except Spellbound was released three years before Powerslave ;)

  • @Champo3000 poser

  • @HaohmaruOfTheWind Sharmuta <3

  • still beast even if theyre old and sad looking.

  • These guys are like the UK version of Anvil.

  • Great band although only one original member but sounds great.Seen them live a few times in the early 80s with John Sykes.Guitar riff is fantastic NWOBHM rules still.

  • ...Robb is grey, white...but still ridin' the tyger!!!!!

  • Who the fuck is that singer, not John...

  • "this is all we know what to do" they said...

  • I hate the lyrics but I love the music.

  • Still rockin after all these years. Great song.

  • "you cant kill the metal....the metal will live on ! ".........Jack Black - tenacious D :-)

  • Mammoth?

  • IL FAUT FAIRE UNE TOURNEE EN FRANCE OU EN SUISSE!!!!!!

  • quand une tournee en francve ou en suisse,,,,?????????

  • Great band!

  • buena banda,no los conocia,suenan bien

  • @pedald You are too young; nontheles, good for U.

  • Still got the voice , turn it up

  • Who is this singer ?

    Awesome ...

I saw their reunion with Jess Cox at Wacken Open Air 1999

  • A shadow of their former selves.

  • The 'Spellbound' album was one of the greatest NWOBHM albums ever released. One of the reasons for this was the arrival of John Sykes on lead guitar but, fundamentally so, it was due to the majestic vocal superiority of John Deveril. What happened to him?

  • my dad went to see them like two days ago at cambridge music festival

  • wow,, Check the Heathens cover of this song!!!!

  • I could never work out that fast guitar riff. Can someone email me?

  • great song in the day, but now looks like some local band on a cable access show.

  • GREAT BAND!!!!!! WE LOVE IT IN COLOMBIA!!!

  • Still fuckin magic!

  • jess is the man the band jamms but i agree the vox suck if i remember john devero? sang on this album with john sykes on guitar i may be wrong

  • jess is the man the band jamms but i agree the vox suck if i remember john devero? sang on this album with john sykes on guitar i may be wrong

  • Vocalist sucks! He does no justice to these songs. Where's Jess!

  • @mad4mtl agree!

  • This song is a classic....absolute fucking classic. Tygers never got their due.

  • The singer is my cousin Jacopo!

  • I hear a bit of Ronnie James Dio during the verse as well. Sorry I missed these guys in the 80's.

  • Maybe the singer specializes in impersonating Robert Plant... But he does it well I guess.... A big hand to him!

  • they sound awesome on the album, but here.... they did not stand the test of time, they sound like shit.

  • Just back from seeing them in Hoorn Holland, awesome!

    Ronz

  • Its Great to See John thoroughly cloning Robert Plants "Current" image. Right down to the beard and googly eye bit. Love it

  • It is them but the only original member is Robb Weir.

  • Tygers of Pan Tang はリズムと躍動感がたまらなくgoodですね。でも皆さん貫禄つきすぎです。

  • great band loved their first three albums !!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I remember when this came out it was "Spellbound" but Siouxsie & the Banshees had a number with the same name.

  • tygers never got the true recognition they deserved, superb band in their day

  • Bloody hell, I used to go and see this lot all th etime in 81/82/83 but don't recognize these guys at all....are you sure it's them? I've played my LP version and it sounds v different. I presumed they'd disappeared after The Cage (good LP) and Syksy joined Lizzy.....I'd love to know. Surely they can't have a tribute band????

  • All bands have had some lineup changes at one point, man. It's not a tribute band. Just because they have one member left or whatever doesn't mean they're any less than they are. It's funny how people criticise smaller bands because of lineup changes and yet don't bat an eyelid to say Megadeth or Saxon (love Saxon). Anyway that isn't a go at yer that's a general opinion. Yes they did break after the Cage but came back about 1999, Jacopo Meille the current singer joined in 2004.

  • well megadeth is mustaine, and mustaine is megadeth, jk

  • Its John the second and mainstay leadsinger. Its Rob the same original guitarist. Works for me :)

  • my dad was the guitarist during the wreckage album, much better than this guy

  • Your dad is actually Rob Weir, just ask ur mom it's true.

  • haha hell yes, hes usin the PGM model, kick ass

these guys are still great, great performance

  • Quant'e' figa sta canzone!!! il batterista ha un tiro della madonna e tutta la band gira a mille come ai tempi della mitica N.W.O.B.H.M.!!! Jacopo Meille nell'olimpo dei grandi singer!

  • wheyy, i have that kit now! Craig sold it to me!

  • The Tygers alive and kicking again!

  • high it`s very good, but this was not the first

  • Grande Jacopo!

    Firenze Rocks!

  • Wow, didn't knew theyre still kickin' ass

    Awesome!

  • Great band

  • Wow ! Are these guys still around!

    remember them from the 80s.

  • Asides from original guitarist Robb Weir, none of the others are originals, though.

  • Such an underrated band...but so incredibly amazing!

  • Tygers were good but who remembers BASTILLE who supported them at the Newcastle mayfair, 1980, And fucking blew them off stage!!!!
