dblduchess - good point on the sluggish patrons. Not sure why that is. One thing to remember - they ARE participating when they read. It's just not terribly noticeable!

I like the idea of enhanced experience - that makes me think of storytimes and book discussions in the library. But our virtual patrons are sluggish about engaging.
