I agree with you. I personally am a socialist, but I agree that both parties right now are just going about things in a horrible manner. The only problem with your statement is that the constitution is sort of subjective, depending on what you use as the definitions for words and blah, blah, blah. So we do need federal laws to fill in the gaps that the constitution has, but not with pork barrel projects and excessive deficit spending. Deficit INVESTING is fine, but not pork spending.
