  • I was in the Pride that year and remember that performance well!

  • @Ouch2x4

I would say that 99% of drum majors mark time while conducting. Your feet are supposed to mimic the feet of the ensemble. When they are double time you mark time double time, when they halt you halt. It's drum major 101.

  • We played this my freshman year (2008) but we renamed it Khan.

  • My band marched at the show in 03 Basic high i almost ate shit on the baseball field on the damn second base line (played tuba) scared me.

  • No offense but the drum major marking time looks ridiculous

  • omg my high school did this show...*osos*

my absolute favorie show of all time!

    :D

  • when did los osos played "teardrop"

  • we played it four seasons ago.

it was a little altered but it was the sam music and general idea.

  • im playing this song for marching band!! its a sick song

  • Really? Which school do you go to?

  • i go to rancho buena vista

  • so do i!

    what do you play?

  • i play alto sax

  • You all did that show after I graduated. It turned out pretty good. Nice job to the whole group this year.

  • Actually rolling backwards is much more efficient than up on the toes. It keeps the look of the ensemble the same from forward march. At a certain step size it turns into an up on the toes style anyway. Up on the toes is horrible for slow tempos, and most bands look like a deer trying to stand for the first time doing it. I guess both have their pros and cons.

  • I played this song for marching band, it was amazing.

  • I was there, it was the loudest college band I have ever heard live. I loved it! Great show!

  • they have a weird back marching style

  • ya, they roll back on their heels. i was always taught that thats a big mistake

  • I wish I could have seen this show live.
