I don't think that was developed at that school... haha. And have them swing their legs long like they would when they vault, instead of tucking into a ball...
@Vaulterboy05 at a point in the vault you do tuck into a ball which does happen right after the swing but developed at davis high school did not happen thats a fact they just like taking credit for things they didn''t do.
