turbulence is usually caused by pockets of air that the airplane hits. thats really what it is. learning that in the basic meteorology of learning to fly...
This is the fault of the Chinese air traffic controls. They don't let the pilot change course unless it's an emergency. If it's just minor turbulence, the pilot can't change direction or altitude. That's what happens when the PLA is in charge!
Our most memorable flight was landing in Moscow in 1989, flying Aero(flop)! I'd be willing to bet our pilots were military rejects. They landed like we were falling down a flight of steps!
i like it, you can clearly see their is turbulence since the camera was a little shaky and the everybody heads were moving at the same time and direction, i just wish i wasnt so afraid of turbulence

There`s no such thing as "pockets of air". Turbulence is caused by rapid changes of air streams, the also rapid moving aircraft is flying through. ;)
