It is an interesting concept for those willing to spend that much for conformity, The energy created by the division between floors isn't enough to move the building itself, it requires a lot of power to execute such force of actually moving one section of the whole (per X weight), if it would be in constant rotation it would drain more energy than it can generate, you could move your apartment 1 time per month or pay extra energy from the grid; in the end it isn't a complete green design.

Has dizziness been taken into consideration. All the workers puking isnt a nice day at work or wherever.....Will the offices themselfs rotate or is there a rotating outher shell that rotates?

Do we ever really need a reason to do something? Lol. If people have an Idea they put it out there, thats all. We just gotta be open minded. Its a pretty neat concept in my opinion.

Total nonsense. These guys have too much money with no purposeful things to do. Hey guys, how about feeding the devastated (from earthquakes,floods etc)poor, giving them clothing and building homes.
