  • aha don't take offense to this but until i saw this video (cuz i can see your face) i thought you were like 16 :P

  • I have the same marlin. But mine is a single shot. I still love it after almost 5 years.

  • Hey Nutn you should post where you got the target at. Is it a PDF that I can find online? Could I make it myself?

  • hey for the second station, isnt it bad to rest the barrel on the rest? because wouldnt that bend the barrel? for the m16a4 when i went to SDM (squad designated marksman) they told us using a bi-pod or resting just the barrel makes you shoot high......just wondering

  • Awesome video yet again! But FYI, resting the barrel like that will usually affect accuracy in a negative way. Make the contact point on the stock, not the barrel, and you may see more hits. ymmv.

  • I think a scoped Anschutz Biathlon rifle could manage those condititons. Now if I only had 4000 bucks for one.

  • is crocket wearing the KZ tactical vest?

  • 20 degrees? Pffffffft in wisconsin we still have our shorts on haha! Try negative forty. Love the vids!

  • I liked this video @ 00:27, gangster soundtrack. Yes, I am white.

  • Lol @ 9:10-9:20 "rips ass" haha I bet u got warm from that one!

  • 9:12 he farts

  • I bought that gun today! Its my second one after my sks.

  • came for the dang t-bolt!

  • Hey Nutn u gonna do any new .22 rifle reviews? A CZ or a new Marlin xt in the near future would rock. Keep up the good work!

  • so... what gun is that? hehe

  • I like the 'paint' job on the 925. It really adds to the fun factor

  • Wow. I forget how different people are in different regions. After seeing the temp you posted there, I thought about and realized thats only -10 in Celsius. I work constantly outside up here in Canada in colder temps and without gloves (makes my work safer that way), and to be in a -10 I find much more pleasant. You guys are obviously out of your comfort zone, and sometimes I just fail to see it. Congrats on getting out of your "box" and pushing through. Love your vids Nutnfancy, keep em coming!

  • I once was firing an Army training surplus rifle at my local shooting range (the first rifle I ever shot) and I racked the bolt so hard the thing came right out. I sheepishly walked up to the man at the range and told him I broke it (I was like 10) and he says "Don't worry, it's a hundred buck piece 'a shit" Lesson learned = shitty rifles are shitty.

  • @Icezix lol funny story

  • that gun looks epic!!!!!!!

  • hey nutn, can you do a review on the plumcrazy AR 15 lower receiver, seen a lot of youtube videos about it , wondering if its worth the hype. i feel only you lay on an objective review on it. been looking to buy one is it worth my time.

  • Never understood someone wearing winter camo, With a Tac Vest on over top? Your Fingers are cold because your head is cold. Winter Survival boys. Also your wearing to tight a gloves. Better to wear knitted gloves. Get a good fur hat! Keep your head warm and your fingers will stay warm. I shot at below 0 your way and My fingers are never cold.

  • @otahu26 I think he was just testing the gear out to see if it worked well

  • @otahu26 Short sighted and elitist commentary. You need dexterity to load .22s in the mag and cycle everything. Go ahead and wear your knitted gloves but Mechanix for me until I don't need dexterity, then the warm ones come on. There's always concurrent gear testing go on in TNP AND a vest holds everything too. Where have you been...I've been adventuring in the snow every since I started TNP?

  • Hey I wont beable to do 15deg since i live in WA but I can tell you I get to do all weather training lol. it will rain one day then snow the next then we'll have sun with freezing wind lol gotta love it.Im not saying to sit out in the rain and get soaked but you should do a circles of death rain vid. get yourself a dry cover spot then place the target in like a gallon baggie 2 keep it dry this training will help improve vision through the scope the rain will make it look like a fuzzy tv screen.

  • maybe someone else asked, but why are you placing the barrel of the gun on the rest rather than the stock? it screws with your shot.... thought you would know better.

  • @snowmudandfire "By screwing up your shot" does that mean hitting those tiny circles which I did repeatedly? Marlin 925 barrel is plenty thick to rest it as shown in this drill as shown in the accuracy. If you can get away from the computer a bit more and shoot you will understand the STABILITY is rule one in shooting. Accepting a micro-inch of deflection, if that, is totally acceptable if you can hit the target. I though YOU would know better. Thanks for the "tip" though chief.

  • @nutnfancy Wow, you guys are so overly sensitive to any comment that is made in constructive criticism. That fact that you had to lash out on something that i am actually very correct about... well i don't even know what to say to that. As for the computer and getting out, I am in service to our country and shoot exceptional distances quite often. I have the experience and the know how to perform these tasks repeatedly and with accuracy as well.

  • @nutnfancy I think i am finally going to cancel my sub. After so many years, you have gotten progressively more negative in your comments and feedback to those who support you. I really hope that if you wish to remain in the limelight as you have put yourself in you would start to think of your supporters more than someone to take your bad day out on. best of luck in the future. C

  • @snowmudandfire Take care. As someone who doesn't have any videos out of your own, it is impossible for you to understand the giant hurdling slushee of sewage that flows from the mouth of YouTube every day in the form of people who looooove to put you down, subtly..and not so subtly.. People who do make videos get it. No hard feelings. -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy Hey, Nutn and Veri both of you. I have a lot of respect for you guys. But I am going to have to agree with snowmudandfire with this one. You guys have been a little overly aggressive lately. All he was trying to do was give in some constructive criticism the project. And I don't care HOW good you are. There's always room for improvement and a second opinion on things. I don't think he conveyed it in a good way, but your reactions were a bit overkill.

  • @shadowblade145 Noted. And you're right, he didn't convey it in a good way and that basically sets the tone for the exchange. We get tons of input about how we can "do it better", but how its addressed is dependent on the way its put to us. That's just good old common sense. -- Veri

  • @shadowblade145 Maybe so but like Veri says it gets old on this end working your butt off in production and post-production (for years) & have guys roll that you know wouldn't do it better telling you how to do it better. I reserve the right to answer in kind and it's always been that way. "Hey Nutn you should take my criticism" Roger, that and I have for years. The flip side to that coin is I will give it back too & one also should take it and not be a child with hurt feelings. Thanks dude.

  • @nutnfancy I totally get that. You work your ass off to make these videos. There are a lot of people out there that have no idea what they're talking about and just want to put you down. Keep up the amazing videos!

  • @snowmudandfire If you were a TNPr, you hid it well and the response would have been different. Showing no sub always is a red flag with me on critics and I answer in kind when moved so. You showed no sub to TNP, have no vids, and I do not recognize your screen name at all from past vids or on the Channel. You may not have intended it that way but your comment smacked of AEism to me. Come to this side of the computer and you will gain understanding of what Veri says in her comment. See ya!

  • Whats up Nutn and Veri. First off, thanks for everything you do, your reviews and input are awesome and I for one cant get enough of it. Quick question, I have this rifle and scope combo and i was curious what mounts you are using?

  • Comment removed

  • Nutn and veri- love the shooting drills. Any chance you could send me the file for your circles targets? We are doing a fund raiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in a couple weeks called Shooting for a Cure. We are going to have some shooting games and wanted to use your target for our version we will call it Circles of Hope or whatever you'd like us to. My three and a half year old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia and has been in treatment for almost a year. Thanks for your help.

  • Yo nutn whats the thing you are wearing the white coat like thingy :P

Can you tell me the name ?

    Keep it up

  • Hey, what scope is that on the Mosin (is at a Mosin?) in the intro/outro footage?

  • imagine doing this with a break action, you would have a blue finger before the 12th round!

  • Hey nutnfany this has nothing to do with video with the video at all lol but do you use bore guides when you clean your guns?

  • Looking forward to the tabletop review on that marlin!

  • that looks like a lot of fun

  • Wow... that was one of the best intro songs ive heard. Another great vid Nutn

  • @nutnfancy i love my marlin 925. i shoot it all the time with a simmons scope and get quarter sized groups at 50 yrds

  • Not that this matters but Pronghorn aren't true "antelope"... Great video though Nut'n!!!

  • All the people who dislike nunfancys videos should go and die

Nutnfancy keep it up your gun reviews are just awesome

  • All the people who dislike nunfancys videos should go to hell

Nutnfancy keep it up your gun reviews are just awesome

Nutnfancy keep it up your gun reviews are just awesome

  • all the people who dislike nuntfancys videos should go to hell

Nutnfancy keep it up your gun reviews are just awesome

  • @BAMF1911 Thanks dude!

  • Excited to see this video. As soon as I saw your original circles of death I made my own target and set out into the 20 degree weather to try it out as there are no indoor ranges around. Went through a few hundred rounds with it on my Marlin 981ts. Great system, great drill!

  • 15 degrees farenheit is like nothing! im from sweden and thats even below our average winter temrature here. i hunt alot and the worst conditions ive ever shooted in was two winters ago when i shot a moose 150 meters away in -30 degrees celcius. i can tell you that was HARD!! but i like your videos alot! keep up the good work bro! :D

  • @m93dape nice shot! 1 quick question tho, what caliber did you use?

  • @DeadJack34 i used 30.06 . and my rifle was a husqvarna rifle :D

  • @m93dape Ah ha! That's why! 30-06 haz powa!

  • @m93dape in alaska we shoot animals in -45, scopes no longer work, and if a rifle jams you have to take of your glove and touch the buring frozen steel

  • So what TMP means

  • @cyborgee1 The Nutnfancy Project

  • nutn,

you need to throw a wihite-out duracoat on that marlin 25. That would be new and a second kind of cool. Think about it. Great vid. Thanks for all your hard work.

    JD

  • @JAYDEE44 "you need to throw a wihite-out duracoat on that marlin 25. That would be new and a second kind of cool. " That would be ultra sick.

  • Thank you for your time in this great video.

  • Nice job in conditions guys! Way to get out in the harsh environment and gettin' it done!

  • Any word when Marlin is going to start producing rifles again? I bought a couple lever-actions when I heard they were closing the factory.

  • come here Nutn. It's -35 Cecius with the wind chill today. Everything goes numb quick.

  • Fun to watch, great vid!

    Thx NF

  • Are y'all going to shot show this year?

  • Hey nutnfancy i just got a Ruger 10/22 carbine brand new for 197$ and a scope and mount (bushnell) that has 2 side rails and a top rail what do you think of this for a tatical shoot ot. i have a flashlight laser sight and a range finder on the scope mounts.

  • Squeeze the trigger not your ass! LOL :)

  • @tazlmc it will warm you up.

  • Great video- but what was that gun at 19:39 ? It looks like a centerfire of some kind with an Aimpoint sight? If someone could tell me what video that was in and/or the name of the rifle I would really appreciate it. -Loyal Fan

  • @freedomforall3 its a Mosin Nagant (russian bolt action centerfire) Nutn' hasnt released a vid on it yet ( i beleive he has a vid in the works, stay tuned), take care.

  • sounds like u keep calling him "homes" like yooo wat up homes how you doin man

  • NO EYE PROTECTION IN THIS VIDEO

  • Nutn, you Cr0cket20 are some hard core shooters. I think that is so awesome for you are making the best out of some harsh conditions. It is so cool that you can you go to the desert to shoot. For the scenery so wonderful and the wildlife too. I really like your Marlin 925, very nice. Oh, by the way what kind of ear plug were you wearing? Thanks for bringing us another Great video!

  • Sweet, my first gun was a 0.22 Marlin bolt action just like this. Best Christmas gift a 10-year old boy could have.

  • @KevinMichaelMichael The good 'ol .22 bolt action rifles bring a lot of memories back for me too. My dad had one, still does actually, that we used to shoot all the time.

  • .22 vids are ok, but i am kinda hoping for another gun review. Not just a run and gun video, but another table top. I know it takes a long time, but seeing one with a lever action would be awesome. If a .22 is for recreation, and hunting, then so are lever actions no? Cowboy action for some other people if you will

  • Did Nuts ever get his tactical Barbie? Is that the one with the arctic camo sports bra?

  • @Nimbly I'm working on locating just the right Barbie that he requested. It's rare and difficult to find ; )

  • THUMBS UP FOR RED DAWN!!!

  • The first guy is jerking the trigger. Tell him he need to be surprised everytime he pulls the trigger.

  • @Fearless6691 He's also putting his barrel on the rest instead of putting the stock on the rest. That would also account for his accuracy.

  • damn you have so much nice stuff

  • @garrettzkool63 i doubt half of it is his. he thanks people companys and stores all the time in his vids for letting him use their stuff

  • @BrabusTKR than i need a youtube channel like his. haha. but what i was looking at was his camo. very cool looking

  • @garrettzkool63 no kidding hahaha. i need a car channel

  • Thumbs up if you love RED DAWN!!!!! Lookin forward to the new RED DAWN, I love that freakin' movie

  • I just had a deer hunt in Carrot River Saskatchewan. -15F was the coldest. Most days it was around -5 to -8F. Its scary how fast you go numb in weather like that. Great dedication Nutn, we all appreciate it!

  • dont rest the barrel of the gun on the support or you will miss every time. it pulls the barrel up and it fucks up your shot. rest the stock on whatever you have for a support. nice gun by the way. love the paint.

  • dont rest the barrel of the gun on the support or you will miss every time. it pulls the barrel up and it fucks up your shot. rest the stock on whatever you have for a support. nice gun by the way. love the paint

  • @MrAtrain556 But there is evidence he does. I have looked into those subscriptions, and their only purpose is to be subscribed to him. I know you feel loyal to Nutn, but I need to hear it from him in person before I can believe it.

  • @IamaRifle Dude, Nutn' has stated he has no control over the sub's, he dosnt even look at his sub list, Nutn' is only concerned with the number of VEIWS, reguarding sub's only have'n Nutn' on their channel, dude i made an YT account over a year ago and the only the sub i had was Nutn' ( i wanted to post a comment so i had to make an account, TNP was the only thing i was interested in on YT at the time) dont be listen'n to the AE's cont.....

  • @IamaRifle cont.. The Hyneas have tried every trick in the book to take down TNP, and all have failed, this is just another attack by "people" who are jealous of the success of TNP, i mean if there was anything suss about TNP dont you think YT would have done something about it by now?... bro dont be suxered in by the Hater's, just sit back and enjoy the vids, i mean isnt that why we watch them? anyway take care and peace.

  • @TheDishD I still love his videos, I just don't like a mystery unsolved.

  • @IamaRifle There's a vid out that attempts to explain the info I believe you're referring to. Funny thing is, the individual who put out the vid has a good youtube friend who has the same issue that he explains Nutn has with his subs. There are glitches in the system. Think of it this way, sometimes when a song is used in a vid, the second (literally) it is downloaded, it's flagged as copyright material. If they're that good at detecting that, I think they would detect other misuse as easy.

  • @IamaRifle you really think he buys subs... Who has so much time on their hands that they want to or need to buy subs? He is a working professional and with a family he probably wont be retiring completely any time soon. I don't think he has time to worry about how well his youtube channel is doing other than to see how much he has helped people figure things out. I stumbled upon his videos back in early 2009 and ever since have watched them. I can guaranty the majority of watchers are like me

  • @IamaRifle He has mentioned it in previous vids. Aside from that what does he have to gain by buying subs. It's not like he gets some kind of cash prize or reward. Also, who cares if he does buy subs. I watch his vids for the content. I wouldn't care if he bought a billion subs as long as the videos are good and it's something I want to watch I'll keep coming back, 100 trillion subs or 5 subs. It doesn't really matter.

  • @raininginhell It has to do with his character.

  • @IamaRifle youtube is just for fun any way. I mean I'm not paying for it; are you? Even if nutn was paying for subs which I doubt he is then what does it matter. Why would I give 2 shits about his "character" if I enjoy his videos? If you care so deeply about it then perhaps you should find another outlet for entertainment besides youtube. This is a very dangerous place for the feeble minded.

  • @raininginhell "I watch his vids for the content. I wouldn't care if he bought a billion subs as long as the videos are good and it's something I want to watch I'll keep coming back," Much appreciated for the support. I really don't know what buying subs is (really) and it's the silly accusation of the hyenas and haters who can't attract viewers without using TNP nametags and titles. Content and pure motive trumps all the nonsense, thanks bro.

  • Another great Nutnfancy drill!! The only time I'm out in that weather and not getting paid is when I'm hunting!!

  • Off topic from this video but...

You know the guys who subdued the shooter in Arizona, they were a perfect example of the sheepdog concept Nutn talked about. We should take a moment to pray for those who were killed, but be thankful that people like them for preventing more people from dying.

  • Love it nutn, feels like home! I come from upstate new york and 15 degrees on a shooting day is above average for us. Gotta love shooting in the cold. Great vid.

  • God I love the 925, it is my first gun, that thing is as accurate as you could possibly want! Never fails to put a smile on my face.

  • 9:07 is the tactical fart

  • Tactical Fart!

  • I loved the Red Dawn reference, I laughed so hard I had to pause the video

  • Awesome video as usual! Thank you for braving the cold to make it. I was wondering if you could somehow put on your page the template for the circles of death drill. Thank you! I really look forward to your videos. I have learned a lot. I have taken your advise a lot. You have really opened my eyes thank you.

  • Hey how do you find Will Smith in the snow? Follow the fresh prints...

  • I'm digging the snow camo on the jackets! Also the flat dark earth coloration by Mission Spec looked amazing!

    Nice job boys

  • Holy cow nice shot at the end there.. Shot.. .. >.> .. O.O PING

    Naice.

  • dude, was that a mosin nagant at the end! i am picking mine up in 2 days, this wednesday. cant wait. im no gunsmith so until i can find a reliable gun smith to mount a scope im gunna have to just throw a red dot on it but you should do a review, but if u threw it in a vid im thinkin you are nice vid keep up the good work man

  • Nutn thanks for the name tapes and could you please weigh in on the pmr30.THANKS!!

  • Mind sharing that paper target? I'd like to print a few out for my range trip this week. I feel it would be a great pistol challenge.

  • @KingYaba if you look up "circles of death" by VolunteerMinimum here on YouTube, he has a pdf file of it. -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy

    Thanks!

  • "shooter ready?"

    "no..."

    "beep!"

  • @stefanmckinley i laughed so hard at that lol thats what i would have done as well

  • It would be warmer to hands if the gloves were longer, there are exposed areas, that's why fingers do freeze.

Other than that, nice video, drooling over it, would love to shoot like that some day.

  • Save Stargate Universe!

    watch?v=VRpZt25guMQ

  • Dude, how cool. I was out doing much the same thing the same day. Couldn't keep my hands warm enough to keep a consistent squeeze as well. 8AM in the shade was not fun. Really reinforces the idea of proper gear, particularly gloves. Did an evening shoot the week before, same temp issues. Holding your breath isn't so fun when you're shivering. +)

BTW, do you have a site to DL a PDF of the Circles of Death?

    - Korr

  • was that an M44 carbine I saw in olive drab??? 0_0

and I want to know what kind of sight is on that!

  • Bahahaha! "Tactical Barbie"!! Laughing my ass off now XD

  • red dawn is my favorite movie of all time

  • I find circles of stress a better name, thats just me

  • That Fart and 70's Porn Music was Poopalicious. Keep up the good Vids Nutn!

  • 9:11 epic moment

nutnfarty going to review the Ruger Gunsite Scout 308 Rifle ?

  • The beep scared the s*** out of me

  • TACTICAL FART!

  • @theBOOHOOeffect I started laughing and there is no way I could hit the circles while laughing. I think it was Nutn's plan to make me miss.

  • I love those targets Nutn! Did you take the recoil pad off the gun? Also what's that circular thing on your vest, to the left of the American flag? Have a good one!

  • I think i noticed nutnfancy using the winchester .22 555 rnd box i know there cheap and i see he shoots them alot. do you, nutnfancy or anyone else ever have issues with those .22 loads? I used to have serious problems with winchester .22 ammo. I would have 1/5 shots expand in the chamber and jam with multipul .22 rifles and handguns. when i switched to remington golden bullets, the problem vanished. anyones input would be appreciated.

  • @MrAtrain556 I like it too.

  • Awesome videos as usual, I love the outfit! What camera and video editor do you use? Anyways keep up the awesome work dude.

  • what video is that mosin nagant in? i really wanna see it

  • @llammapalluzza I believe Nutn has that in the works. Keep an eye out for it.

  • Looks fun! I got to try something like that.

  • my buddy had one was a good gun, hated federal ammo though, didnt think it would matter with a bolt gun but it didnt like it.

  • Dude.. awesome video!

To bad it was so cold...but it still looked like fun.

    Thanks for taking us along!

  • Do you think the cold is affecting the lubricant making the functioning a little rigid?

  • I want one. Nice shooting with the enviromental stresses.(Numbness). With a little tweeking on shooting position i am sure the hits would improve.DONT REST THE RIFLE ON THE BARREL! When I see this ,usually occurs under some sort of stess ,like a combat course,I stop the shooter and make him and everyone else take note of this bad habit. Also, you have a rest, you dont need to grip it so hard.Move the non trigger hand back. TRY IT It is so fun to watch you guys freeze! Glad it aint me. LOL

  • What did you eat? It smells like baby food.

  • dude, fellow red dawn fans, say no more, rock on! ;-j

  • The music seems to be a remix of "Time to Take Out the Trash" by Brad Sucks, but I can't find this particular mix. Can anyone help me?

  • MOSIN!!! GAH! Man now you're just teasing us! ;]

Stellar vid, and damn it looks cold. Cheers.

  • tactical Barbie is RARE good luck

  • lol 16:20 with transcribe audio on

  • I didn't know they have barking spiders out there in the snowy desert?

    RiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiP !

  • whats on his vest next to the flag, its like a circular thing

  • @gunner9174 That's his attachment point for his Blackhawk Serpa holster, which he doesn't have with him in this vid.

  • This is awesome... Real world is the way to go... never know when SWHTF!!!!

  • This is awesome... Ral world is the way to go... never know when SWHTF!!!!

  • hey nutn could you make a vid on how to find a place to shoot outside, like if you need special permission or what not.

  • @cccplt well needed special permission depends on weather or not its private property. im sure in desert areas its pretty easy to find places to shoot, cause most of the cities are surrounded by near endless amounts of open land.

to find places to shoot where you live, your best bet would be to ask around at some local gun stores.

  • Ah and Nutn, I am looking to buy the Merlin 925 C/R (either) from gallery of guns, and I found it was for a very fair price. Is this a good beginner rifle? I am just now trying to transition from bows and arrows to rifles.

  • Wolverines!

  • Hey nutn, what scope mount are you using for that weaver, I was thinking of getting an rv9 to put in a marlin 795

  • Comment removed

  • I'm almost 40 now...as I get older, it gets colder! When I was in my 20's, nothing bothered me. Getting old makes everything more of a challenge. Peace!

  • @lazydogdied I think I'm right there with ya'...I have to put lots of layers on now!

  • To the people saying that its 15 degrees and that they are wussies for saying its cold don't forget they had to set up targets and I'm sure the video was also edited down a bit. they were probably out there for hours and people have different temperature tolerances were not all the same.

  • @subysuby Good point. I think we were out there from about 9am to 7pm (something like that). Still lots of fun.

  • Red Dawn = Awesome

  • I wish I had a decent camera, I would love to show ya what my son, wife, and I did with my old Glenfield Model 25, and the wife's 10/22. Thanks so much for turning us onto the circles of death lol..

  • @IsbianBlackheart You're most welcome. I think you will have fun with it. Fun drill... especially indoors ;-)

  • Lol, 20 degrees. Nutn, I know you've been in worse conditions, but people who live in Minnesota like me would laugh at you xD on average it's always near -10 degrees in January (counting wind chill).
